Lake Front spacious family home

Lake view was beautiful from the shoreline as well from the house. The house had lots of room with two kitchens. The dinning table was a nice size for 6 people. We had four couples in our group and the house was spacious for us all. There are a few things that could have been better. One of the bedrooms had stained carpet and a few bedrooms had light bulbs out and fixtures not working. The kitchen really needed more cookware for the size of the house. Also the house really needs to be updated a little.

Great place to stay.

This year is the fourth time we have stayed and enjoyed this house. Our family has become attached to its' access to Table Rock lake for floating, kayaking, and boating. Close to Roaring River state park and Eureka Springs Ark are an added plus. Melissa was very attentive to our needs...an excellent host.

Wonderful property with easy access to the lake. Plenty of space for our family and everyone enjoyed the house and surrounding property.

We had a wonderful stay at this lakehouse! The property is very private, clean, and spacious, with two living areas and two kitchens, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The two large water heaters were a huge plus—never once ran out of hot water. The location is perfect, tucked away at the end of the road in a quiet private cove that’s ideal for fishing and enjoying the lake. Beds were comfortable, making for a restful night after busy days in Eureka Springs, which was just a short drive away. The host was quick to answer any questions and made the whole process smooth. Overall, a very pleasant stay and we would happily return.

The owner was ready for us to arrive early, the house was very clean & temperature was lovely. We enjoyed the separate spaces, good beds & linens, plus 4 bathrooms for comfortable group living & sleeping. We used the fire pit - lots of dried wood on hand. The two kayaks were in constant use. Lily pad was relaxing. Groceries are close by. Our casual fishermen didn’t catch any fish (late July) but saw a few curious otters further up the inlet. We’d definitely choose this place again!

Our family loved having direct access to the lake from the property, and we had a great time using the kayaks and the lily pad. The grounds were well-kept, and we especially enjoyed the fire pit, the deck and patio. The location was perfect for us, as we explored both Roaring River State Park and Eureka Springs.

Our family has enjoyed this property for several years now. The location is perfect for us! We love the quiet cove that allows our big family privacy as we swim, kayak, and play on the lily pad! The house is spacious and comfortable. The property owner has the house stocked with most everything we need. She is amazing at communicating with me when I have questions. I appreciate it so much. She also keeps this beautiful house affordable which I appreciate very much. This amazing place has provided our family many special memories!! We have a blast!!!

This is the 4th time at this home. Location great! We love the beach area. Water was high from rain but still beautiful!

This is the 2nd time we have been here and it was just as nice as the first time. Our family had such a great time. We relaxed did some fishing. Saw some wildlife.. deer, foxes and a racoon.. the grandkids loved it. Would love to come back again.

Suited our family very well.Everyone have their own bedroom & bathroom.Plenty of space in the house & very clean & comfortable.

The house is very comfortable and spacious and the area is so peaceful and quiet. If we are in that area in the future we would stay there again.

Home was fabulous and spacious. Be aware that the trek down to the water was farther than it looked in the pictures but doable with care. huge bonus that hosts supplied lots of seasoned wood for the fire pit. That doesn't happen often at other rentals.

We had everything we needed

Beautiful view of the lake, peaceful surroundings. We spread a bag of corn for the deer half way between the house and lake and watched them eat every morning. The only negative was the bag of trash/food left in the kitchen by previous renter, ut had a slight smell when we arrived. Everything else was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay again if we return to the area
