Lake front, quiet cove! Kayaks!

Everything we needed was there for us. Host was very responsive to questions.

Our stay was perfect! The house is clean, beds are comfortable, lake is warm, ducks and geese are friendly, and host was attentive (we didn’t realize the WiFi was unplugged and they called to talk us through it right away.) The location in a quiet cove was perfect! Our boys LOVED swimming. They have kayaks, a Lilly pad, fishing poles, everything you need and then some! It’s also close to Walmart if you forget something.

Couldn't have had a better stay for our first blended family vacation! The location was excellent, we had a family with baby geese visiting daily, kayaks and water activities available, multiple grills on the deck, everything was perfect! Truly the best VRBO stay I have had, thanks!

This is your family vacation place to stay! So much to do. It's not overly decorated. It has all the essentials so you don't have to worry about breaking anything.Fishing off the pier (there are poles; worms & gizzards worked great); swimming when you get too much worm gunk on you (bring small tubes); smores on the fire pit; kayaking; a john boat; BBQ on the pellet grill; and a beautiful fenced in set-up outside to enjoy eating. We really didn't need to go anywhere because the kids were having so much fun.The kitchen is well equipped. We were able to easily cook our meals. A Walmart neighborhood is just up the road which is super convenient. Refrigerator is nice size & icemaker works. Extra large washer & dryer is in great condition.Bedding is a bit institutional. We knew that from reviews & brought the kids' blankets. BUT they do have the most luxurious blankets in a basket in living area. I ordered my own.The kids' room is paradise. It can sleep 4. An Xbox & board games for days are provided. We had some thunderstorms come thru & nobody said, I'm bored. The kids were completely entertained.Only downside is the robovac that goes in morning. Luckily, my husband gets up early & could rescue the inevitably stuck machine. We had no idea the 1st morning what was going on. Heard the bumping & clanging & thought we were being robbed. It was hysterical. Just more great memories of our trip.

We didn’t get to use the firepit, but we enjoyed the outside areas and the view. The house is very comfortable. The driveway is well lit, but steep for those of us accustomed to flat land

Perfect location for our family. Firepit for hotdogs and smores. Fishing for the kids. Big open floor kitchen/dinner/living room combo. Made awesome family memories for our family. Walmart being about 1 minute away was nice. Many attractions close by making travel easy and fast. The grand kids didn’t want to leave!

Enjoyed the large windows overlooking the lake and also was very relaxing sitting down by the lake. Easy access to downtown Hot Springs.

Fantastic location! This house felt like it was close to everything and was super easy to find. Parking was both ample and easy to do despite the steep driveway (common to a lot of lake properties). Fishing only a few steps from the back door was a highlight for Papa and his youngest grandson. We did have a couple questions for our host and they were very responsive. The house is older, but pretty well maintained with well done renovations. Lots of space to spread out or come together for our party of 8. We will absolutely look to stay here again if we are back in Hot Springs!

Bedding need improvement. Full size bed squeaky. Unable to get to the lounge chairs shown in picture. Kayaks dirty, patio tiles broken. Repairs needed.

This house was amazing! Beautiful views, incredibly clean, quick response time from owner. We were able to bring decorations for Christmas and make it like home. The fire pit was a huge bonus! S'mores on Christmas Eve is the way to go! Plenty of towels and extra blankets. Every cooking utensil you could need. Be careful coming down the driveway in the dark. It's very steep and very hard to see.

Great house for a family! We had a great stay.

Had a great weekend. Cabin was clean, very nice, and very comfortable. Easy access to the water and easy access to the rest of town. Will definitely be looking to stay here again when back in the area!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Melissa’s house. No complaints whatsoever! Loved the spacious outdoor space. We did some fishing but didn’t have much luck but it was very relaxing and enjoyable. The younger adults loved the outside tables where they played board games and cards. They enjoyed having Netflix and YouTube on the TV’s. I want to add that I loved that there was everything already there in case you forgot to pack things such as shampoos, conditioners, body wash, laundry and dishwashing detergents and many items such as foil, paper towels and seasonings. We would definitely stay here again.

House is located in a easy area to access. The outside is set up so nice with everything you need for outdoor fun. Loved the access to the water and the dock was terrific. Will be our go to from now on. Only negative is it could new pots and pans for cooking but everything else was spot on.

property was Awesome, very clean on a quite cove with a short access to the main lake. we had a 20ft Boat at first, had concerns with the steep driveway but ended up with no problems.Beds are very confortable and awesome BBQ pits of your choicex3. We plain on staying again very soon !

Beautiful home with a lot of extra amenities! The kayaks where a huge bonus as we had 5 kids with us. The outdoor area was perfect to sit around the fire at night and grill during the day. We enjoyed a lot of fishing of the dock as well. Communication with the host was remarkable and she was so pleasant.

This open concept home was perfect for our family. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces: sunny sun bathing, shaded pavilion all at the waters edge, the upper area provided outdoor dining and fire pit all in a fenced area. We played games from closet. What a good selection of games! This home is stocked like no other! Our favorite had to be the kayaks and paddle boards. The lake is perfect for water activities! The whole package could be featured on HGTV on Vacation Rentals!

A perfect place to stay in Hot Springs, especially with grandsons! The kayaks provided at this house was a BIG Win for the boys. House was very comfortable and perfect for our 5 members. Close to many attractions. Melissa, our host, was quick to respond to our questions. Would we stay here again, ABSOLUTELY!

Fun getaway house for our family w trenagers

Nice property, plenty of parking, and clean. The home is set way back off the main channel, so you won't get any wake while your boat is docked.

The location right on the water was really neat, and we enjoyed being able to access the lake out the back door. We also appreciated being able to bring our pups and the kayaks and boat. Unfortunately, the house needs a deep cleaning, and the bedding could use an upgrade. The house has a cluttered feeling when you start trying to cook and open cabinets and drawers. There are lots of random things left behind in the bathrooms, kitchen, and backyard from past guests. There was broken tile, old fishing line and hooks, and a general unkempt feeling in the backyard area. Overall, we had a nice time but we would’ve appreciated a property that was better maintained for the price we paid.

I absolutely loved the place at first, but by the third day, we noticed that the washer wasn’t functional and there were a few roaches. However, the host was proactive and provided us with money to go to the laundromat and pick up some spray. Overall, I appreciated their responsiveness.

We stayed here for an extended weekend while in town for a gymnastics competition. House was wonderful! Property was beautiful! Just enough space for our family and dogs to enjoy each other and the wonderful views. Even caught some nice fish from the backyard! Would gladly stay again.

We were in the area for a week, visiting the national park and other local attractions. The house was convenient, clean, easy to access/get to and from. It was an all around good experience. My kids had a great time fishing and kayaking. We were able to chill out and get away. Thanks.

The property was nice. It was convenient to town and was fairly private.We enjoyed spending time outside in the deck/patio and by the water in the dock.4 different options for grilling and the fire pit was great in the evenings to unwind.

We had such a lovely stay here. The home was clean and spacious for our large family. We were close to downtown and activities, but far enough out that we didn't feel like we were in the city. The water and dock set up is perfect and provided a lot of fun for the family.The owners were very quick to respond, which was helpful and appreciated.This is a great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay for the price on Lake Hamilton. We thoroughly enjoyed the ambience of the night. From the Big picture window, where you can see the lit up back area, to sitting outside on the back patio with a fire pit and the lights from Lake Hamilton off in the view. Loved the bluetooth speakers outside you could play music from. Relaxing!!! I loved that if we had wanted to kayak we could have. Nice layout, bed comfy. Definitely pet friendly, with a little in out door and with fenced in area open to the water. Newly renovated. Snacks and a welcome note with cell numbers for easy communication. Very responsive and super nice. Just a min from Walmart a plus. The only con I can say is out of there control. The view across into the neighbor's yards are not as picturesque during the day and not enough to deter another stay, especially if you stay visiting all the beautiful sites in the area.

Close to all the attractions and love being in the water. Bed were comfortable!

Couldn’t have picked a better spot! House is conveniently located to everything you want to do in Hot Springs. Owners were very communicative with the questions we had and they had everything you’ll need for your trip. We will definitely be back next time we come to Hot Springs!

We really really enjoyed our stay. Want to come back in June for our 10th wedding anniversary with the family again. Hopefully it won't rain this time, but we still made inside memories with the games. Actually lovef it.

The property met all of our needs and more. We were pleasantly surprised at all the little extras that made it feel like home. We had plenty of room for our family of two couples and 4 kids. The location of the house is perfect for a quiet, relaxing trip with the benefits of being close to stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Very cute house that we enjoyed very much. The host had a Christmas tree and personalized stockings up for our stay. That was very sweet and thoughtful.

Our stay was everything we hoped for and more. Very clean and well appointed. We will try to return next year. Highly recommend this location for either a couple or a family. We could not have asked for better!

Booked for a family getaway to watch my son play baseball for NPC college in Hot Springs. We wanted to be close to the college, water, downtown and restaurants. This place was great!!! The younger adults loved the Kayaks the property offered. The older adults loved the fire pit and TV outside patio area. The property was older, but well-maintained and very clean. Big plus that it caters to pets, they even dog bowls and a crate for you to use while on their property. We will definitely be visiting again!

Details were nice. Like coffee, creamer and filters and snacks on arrival. Also, plenty of towels bath and boating. Den couch needs to be replaced. Discolored and wood between the cushions to keep it from sagging. All metal chairs, inside and outside and bar stools are very uncomfortable to sit in.

The house is located in a very nice lakeside spot and we enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboard. Indoor was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we could need and then some. We had a little trouble with the front door handle but it works fine once you figure it out. We were annoyed by the spiders and webs outside but we didn't notice anything indoors so that was good! Melissa was very helpful and responded quickly. Thank you for making that so easy and comfortable!
