We had a large group of 15 friends and family, first let me say this place was super clean snd had so much space to spread out. There were more beds available than listed in the description, which we found nice instead of sharing a queen, so each of us had our own mattress! Ryan the property manager was responsive and got in touch the afternoon before the rental with entry details and codes. There are mini splits in almost every room with their own controllers. The accessories including linens, towels, chairs, pillows, etc.. this place is incredibly well stocked, and importantly it is all high quality and sturdy furniture. now a couple things I would like to see differently, the WiFi isn’t strong enough to watch a football game in the family room. That was a shame since we had to go to the basement game room to watch the opening weekend games where there wasn’t as much seating. The property manager told me they were going to install a repeater upstairs, but not in time for my rental. Second, I would have liked to see a welcome book explaining WiFi and Roku, and mini splits, etc.. it rained each night but we had lots of fun indoors with the game room and spacious kitchen, as well as the covered propane fire pit and seating area just off the kitchen. In the end I would absolutely stay here again!
What a nice stay! House was great! Loved the deck and seating outside! Played games and also had a ball in the lake! Thanks!
We have been renting places for decades and I can honestly say this place has it all. The house was very clean and well stocked, the beds were comfortable, plenty of towels for everybody, the pinball machine, pool table, and ping pong provided great fun for everybody. We spent a lot of time in the water and around the fire pit by the water. The grandkids loved the outdoor movie theater. The property manager was very responsive and easy to work with. We will be back!
We had an awesome time for our 3 generation, 13 member family. The house was comfortable and had multiple areas to chat, puzzle, and reconnect. The outside had multiple areas to congregate around fire pits, deck and the outside theatre. The grandchildren swam off the dock every day and the adults used the kayaks and paddle boards almost every day. We had a great time.
Great location with wonderful access to the lake and plenty of toys to use to enjoy the water. All ages in our group had fun.
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful lake house right on the water. It had everything one could possibly need
The location is great, and everything in the house was as-advertised. Perfect for a group getaway!
We rented this house for a golf weekend and fall get away. This spacious home by the lake was beautiful in the autumn season and even had an outdoor projector setup to watch football on Sunday outside. Our whole group enjoyed the amenities and modern conveniences of this property. I would be happy to return for another stay in the future.
Had a blast at this Sebago Lake property! We were a group of 12 that were taking in the surrounding golf courses and used this house as a base camp, and boy was it worth it. There were plenty of ways to stay warm outside with the multitude of fire pits, and the outdoor theater was so much bigger and awesome in person! Was perfect for college football. I would not hesitate to return to this property, we may be making a tradition out of it!
beautiful property for a weekend getaway!
Staying this weekend with friends was a great experience. We had perfect weather and the neighborhood is secluded. Would recommend this property again.
We enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. The house and the property are lovely. We took advantage of the outdoor theatre and the fire pit. The grandkids loved both! The kayaks, paddle board and dock were also enjoyed by all. Access to the lake is across a low traffic, quiet street. Would have loved it more if it was in the backyard but overall it was very accessible. The sofa beds were uncomfortable (someone also mentioned on another review) but the property manager said they have ordered beds to replace the sofa beds- very good idea :) Overall, there is plenty of space for a big family to spread out and enjoy all the house and the lake have to offer.
The house was awesome but our real fun was at the water front. Children and adults spent most of their time either in the water or riding on it. I sat on the porch watching and enjoying their fun vicariously.
We had a blast: beautiful spot, comfy house, and great communication. Perfect!
The home and property were well stocked for all our needs. It was the perfect home away from home getaway. Our group of 15 (children ranging from 8 years old to 16 years old) had fun relaxing on the deck playing board games, reading , eating and enjoying the scenery. Down by the water we could be found fishing, swimming, floating, paddle boarding and kayaking. The basement was a great bonus for indoor fun. The property manager and owner were easy to reach when needed. My comments and suggestions for Nathan were taken graciously. We found the full beds were too small for the adults and suggest queen beds in the future (previous description when booking showed queen beds). Thank you Nathan for sharing your beautiful home with us all. -CampWildDish :)
Property had plenty to do both indoors and out. Wonderful lake and setting.
We loved our week at this home. The lake front area is beautiful and so relaxing. The enormous lake with its clear water was delightful. Our family really enjoyed the multiple kayaks and paddle boards (all in great condition) and the shady fire pit area to get out of the sun. Also, the basement rec room was great for the one rainy day we had and the backyard theater was so cool. The house’s porch was a favorite spot - with two large tables with umbrellas and another covered sitting area with a couch, chairs and a fire table. The last thing to mention is that the owner and property manager were prompt and good communicators. A wonderful spot for our first time at beautiful Sebago Lake!
