Located in a secluded, quiet cove, but only 5 minutes from Central Ave. in the popular 7 South area. This is a 1 bed/1 full bath home with couches that pull out (1 queen & 1 twin), but most comfortable for no more than 2-4 guests. House includes a covered boat house (not suitable for a hard top pontoon boat due to clearance) available for use with rental.p>

Stayed Mar 11, 2024My daughter and I stayed here for a quick spring break trip. Place was just what we needed. Very comfortable for the 2 of us. The patio was very large and relaxing as well.
