Lake Front, Kayaks, Private Hot Tub, Firepit!

Loved our stay here. Family of 8 fit very comfortably and had everything we needed.

This property served us well for our short little getaway to Branson.

We arrived and the property was beautiful and exactly as described. We didn’t prepare any meals while there, but the kitchen was well equipped for pretty much anything you could possibly need! We rented a boat from the marina, which is very close to the house, for some fun on the water. It was very quiet and peaceful and we even had the pleasure of watching 3 baby deer play in the yard behind the house! We would definitely recommend this property and would for sure stay again in the future! Thanks for a very enjoyable vacation and start to our summer fun!

The house and location are perfect. There are things to do or you can simply relax and enjoy the peacefulness.

This home was perfect for our family. Two bedrooms on main floor (upstairs) and two bedrooms downstairs (one is the kids room w four beds). We had one of our kids w a toddler who naps so they were upstairs w us. Our other kid had six kids so she stayed downstairs w them where they could play ping pong, watch tv, etc. The whole house was spacious, clean, and beautiful! I am now begging my husband for a heated toilet seat! 😂 Kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the firepit and the hot tub as well. Highly recommend! Easy transaction and great communication. Beautiful home, great place to stay! Lovely lake views, deer came through the yard several times, comfortable beds and awesome places to gather. Beth is amazing to work with! We will definitely stay in Beth’s Breakaway homes in the future!

The Ledge was the best!! The whole house was very clean, fresh, and looked brand new. There was lots of space to sit and eat for 11 people. We used the fire pit on Friday and the swimming dock on Sunday and the hot tub, it was so much fun!! I definitely recommend staying here! My only complaint is that the pillows were flat in every bedroom and there wasn’t basic cooking items like salt, pepper, cooking spray, etc. Other than that it was fantastic, one of my favorite weekends ever!!!

Check in very easy and a great space

Beautiful home. Very clean, as a matter of fact, it smelled new. The kitchen had everything you could think of, beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels. The air conditioning kept the home nicely cool, which was a concern I had considering how hot it was. The swim dock was a big hit with the kids and it was well taken care of. I feel it was one of the nicest places we have stayed and we will definately think about staying at The Rock again.

We stayed next door last year at The Rock and this year at The Ledge. The houses are perfect for our family of ten; 6 adults & 4 kids. There are two fire pits and a large yard for the kids to play. The shared dock for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding & fishing is where we spent most of our time. We rented a boat at the nearby marina one day. We cooked most of our meals at the house. Everything you need is provided, including the grill. Beth is quick to respond to any questions you have & happy to help if needed. We will be back next year!

Great place in awesome location and something in area for all ages of family to enjoy.

A group of friends and I stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. It was raining so the hot tub was a life saver! We had a few questions for the owner during our stay and they were extremely easy to reach and accommodating! I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Our selection was spot on for our lake visit with friends. House was equipped well, instructions for various items in the house on how to operate were really helpful.

Beautiful property enjoyed by all. Our group ranged in age from 16 - mid 70's and there was something for everyone to enjoy - - the hot tub, the video game machine, the dock to fish from, the ping pong table and so much more. This property was very high quality, and household items in the home were high quality as well.We stayed at one of Beth's properties about 6 years ago and can say she does an amazing job with supplying everything you need and making you feel like you are at home. She does a great job communicating with you as well and makes sure that you have every detail you need to know before you arrive.

All aspects of the stay was more than expected.
