Lake Front, Hot Tub, Boat Slip & Close to SDC!

This home was perfect for our extended family vacation of 12 adults and 9 children, ages 5-12 years old. Everything was very clean upon arrival and check-in was easy. The living area space(upstairs and downstairs) and the available seating so everyone could sit down for meals was wonderful. The kids enjoyed having their own space to play and enjoyed all the video games, etc. Our host was very quick to respond to my questions prior to arriving. The kitchen has everything you need for 21 people….two crockpots, lots of dishes, bowls, pots and pans, 9x13’s, etc…..and three refrigerators! The house is in a great location….easy walk to the pool, bb court and the dock. The complimentary kayaks at the dock were a real hit with our kids and we all enjoyed swimming off the dock. Our group of 12 - siblings and spouses ranging from 55 to 72 years old - spent a four-day weekend here. We did our own meals and played lots of cards and games. The kitchen is the best-stocked of any rental I’ve stayed in, and having three full-size refrigerators was spectacular. The house is spacious, the rooms generous, the furniture nice and linens top notch. The view in the back is gorgeous, and we were visited by a group of eight deer one evening. Walks down by the water and around the neighborhood were great. Beth was gracious in answering all my questions ahead of time. Hoping for an opportunity to return!

The house is great. Has plenty of room and everything you need. Firepit, hot tub and games in the basement. Very close to Silver Dollar City. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect perfect perfect fit for large groups. This location was clearly designed with groups in mind. Multiple refrigerators, dishes and silverware for 30+ guests at a time, ample seating and space. The rental was a regular topic on the trip amongst many people simply because the accommodations were so perfect.
