Lake Front Cottage Perfect for Fisherman, Birders, and Family Vacations.

Being able to curl up and watch my husband delight at the seemingly endless supply of fish at the drop of the hook while watching the boats and enjoying the serene sunsets was just what i needed to decompress. Easy access to fresh fruits , veggies and wonderful ice cream less then 10 minutes away. Janice is an amazing host ! My only yearning was for my mattress back home as after 3 nights away i was feeling it call me. ?

Very cozy home in a beautiful location. Host wonderful about providing helpful tips checking in and settling in the home. Well stocked kitchen and bath. Lots of puzzles games and books as well as plenty of seating. Close drive to everything. Wonderful experience

This cottage (more like home) has everything you could need. Fully stocked kitchen. Very clean. Beds are so comfortable! The view from the enclosed sunroom is phenomenal! We are ready to book for next year! My son is in a wheelchair and the open concept was ideal for us, forgot to mention the wheelchair ramp! Loved our stay!

We loved being so close to the water and beach. We soaked up all the sunshine and waves. We plan to come back.

Amazing sunsets, fishing right in the backyard, nice private beach just a few feet away from the front door. Quiet and peaceful. Me and my family of 6 really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. It is very well maintained and very clean. It is supplied with anything you may need and then some( bring your food and drinks). 1minute from the beach. Fish out the back door (bait available down the street) and every sunset is magnificent.

Loved our stay once again. Watched birds, caught lots of fish, walked on the beach, amazing sunsets. Spent a day at put in bay. Had fun, host easy to get in touch with and fast communication.

This was our 5th year staying here. We love being able to walk a few steps to fish. Nicely furnished and very clean. We are hoping to be back next year.

Beautiful setting and very comfortable home for enjoying the fantastic birding spots nearby, especially during warbler migration. We would love to stay here again!

Good location.

Great location for birding at the preserves nearby, and it had all the amenities we needed: a dishwasher, electric kettle, all the kitchen supplies, washer/dryer, and plenty of places to snuggle up to read or watch the boats go by. We would stay here again.

You couldn't ask to be closer to the lake! The 3 season room overlooking the lake was amazing, you could even open the screens and have full views and fresh air! We got to watch all the boats coming in and heading out, the house was clean and well stocked.

This was a getaway many years in the making, and we're so thankful we found this place to make that possible! It was quiet, peaceful, and had a beautiful vantage point from which we could appreciate the expanse of Lake Erie. The house was stocked with all the comforts of home and a lot of fun board game options for the family in the event of inclement weather. All the sites we planned to visit were within easily drivable distance, usually 30-40 minutes. Sunrises and sunsets in the back room were the perfect view to start and end each day. We absolutely fell in love with this location and we will be thinking about our time here for years to come!

Had a great stay. We enjoyed Cedar Point, golfing, and fishing. The house was perfect for us.

Third year staying here. Ours is mainly a fishing vacation so the access to fishing is great. The house is always very clean and is nicely furnished. Will be back again next year.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage on the lake. The skies were incredible and it was a pleasure to sit outside or in the sun room in the evenings. The location was perfect to get to the birding hot spots during migration.
