Lake Freeman house w/boat dock... Minutes from Indiana Beach/Lake Shafer

Nice house right on the river with beautiful views! We enjoyed staying here. The beds and couches were very comfortable and there’s plenty of space in all the rooms. My kids had fun fishing right off the dock, and my son actually saw a deer crossing the river. I also like that it’s close to restaurants, stores and Indiana Beach Amusement Park. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place for our family gathering! House is close to everything and had everything we needed, with a gorgeous view of the river. Host was very helpful and responsive.

Great fishing spot! Very peaceful and relaxing.. not a lot of traffic coming through on the lake. We took kayaks out and had no problem. The trees surrounding porch gave nice shade and we really enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch.

Wonderful place! The house was clean, beds were comfortable and we loved playing the games. Can’t wait to come back! The location is great for visiting Indiana beach theme park!

The house is very cozy and has a great old fashioned vibe but with a lot of modern amenities. The home looked as it does on the site and everyone was comfortable. Would definitely look to utilize the property again if we come back to the area!

We loved the house! The location was beautiful. Plenty of room and very clean! The only bad thing was the awful stairs down to the water and falling tree limbs (someone could have been seriously injured)

Great house for our trip to Monticello. Near to Indiana Beach and restaurants. Nice to be on the water for the view, fishing, and boating. Pleanty of room to relax.

We had a great stay with 6 adults and 2 children. Plenty of places to sleep comfortably and close to Indiana Beach. Home and amenities were as described, would definitely stay again.

Nice lake house please bring lots of off being on the lake lots of bugs overall nice stay wish deck was power washed and windows lots of spider webs there were bugs around sinks and windows maybe due to lake small town mice stay

Nice property, great view, convenient to town

Great waterfront property! Layout was ideal for two families with young children. Kitchen and patio were well appointed, plus 3 mins to grocery store. Communication with the host was prompt and thorough. Recommend!

What a wonderful time we had celebrating our daughter’s graduation from Purdue, the location was perfect and it was an opportunity to tour the area while we’re there. Wonderful river house very flexible for our needs.

We used this vrbo for parents weekend at purdue. It worked out great. The house is very clean and has plenty of room for 5 of us and a small dog. the drive between the campus and the house is nice easy driving. The house is walking distance to stores, but when you're fishing on the river, you feel like you're out in the countryyour

The location was perfect for our events that we attended and ended up being right down the road from everything we did. The older house was very well kept up and we would have enjoyed more time there but our trip got cut short for other reasons. The communication by the owners was quick and very responsive and they were flexible with our adjusted schedule. The walk down to the dock was fun and standing there watching the river flow by was very relaxing.
