Stayed Feb 12, 2026A beautiful condo and view of Fairfield lake Kim is very responsive. Great info on the townhouse and things to do. Short drive to Cashiers. Wonderful meal at the library in sapphire valley. You won’t. E disappointed Parking in front was easy just a few steps to the Townhouse.

From the decor down to the little extras that make your stay all that much easier, Kim had literally thought of everything! Beautiful accommodations! Friendly service! Quality furnishing and appliances. Coffee and hot tea available as well as sugar! Stunning views of the river and mountains! We will highly recommend Kim to anyone staying in the Sapphire area!

Stayed Oct 17, 2025We enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable and convenient condo. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and peaceful view. The location was perfect for visits to Rainbow Falls or Whiteside Mountain. There are plenty of nearby restaurants, as well. I would definitely love to return.

Stayed Apr 29, 2025I can’t say enough good things about this place! So comfortable and cozy and beautifully furnished. The windows in all the rooms have a lake view. The place is equipped with everything you need and the owner is very communicative and friendly and so easy to work with. I couldn’t have been happier with this stay and highly recommend it! We didn’t want to leave!

Stayed Apr 1, 2025I know this seems silly but the feature we enjoyed the most was the HUGE range of streaming services available! There’s a bit of a learning curve for the small bathroom shower. Hot is immediately located on the dial, not the normal way around.

Stayed Jan 10, 2025This is our second time staying here in the last two months. We had a great time again. Beds are comfortable showers are hot with great pressure. There were plenty of puzzles to keep the kids occupied. We will be back again.

Stayed Dec 13, 2024Beautiful view off the back deck of the lake and surrounding hills. Very quiet in December. Nice property with thoughtful amenities like a fireplace, coffee maker, and games. Even decorated for Christmas, which made it extra cheery. We really appreciated the communication from the host and clear instructions for check-in/out.

Stayed Nov 21, 2024We had a great time staying here. The condo was well equipped and located close to everything that we wanted. The bed and linens were very comfortable. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are located downstairs. We will be renting there again.

Stayed Oct 31, 2024We had a great time hiking and walking around the lake. I would definitely recommend this place without any hesitation. Restaurants are close by the condo (one is even walking distance from the condo). Ingels is a short drive (10 minutes away). We are already planning our summer trip to the condo.
