So clean! All the little touches were thought of. Very well run - felt like our home, not a rental.

Everything was clean. The location and view were great. The game room was fun. We all enjoyed our time there.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this property , and it was hands down the most clean, organized, and amazing place I’ve ever experienced. The home exceeded all expectations, and the attention to detail was truly impressive. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, polite, and genuinely kind, going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We didn’t even get the chance to use all of the amenities because there were so many! We are already looking forward to booking our next stay. I highly recommend this wonderful home to anyone seeking a top-tier experience!

This house was so great and was well stocked. Everything from a rack full of fire wood to serving dishes and bowls and even plastic wrap and foil! We’ve never stayed at a house that had everything this one did. We enjoyed the fun game room, fireplaces, porches with a view of the lake & walking the neighborhood. Highly recommend this comfortable, well stocked house!

Our group of moms, enjoying a kid-free weekend, absolutely loved this home. It was clean, organized, well-stocked, and precisely as advertised. The stocked coffee station and laundry room are excellent touches. This home has many places to spread out and relax, and the sunset views of the lake are simply amazing. While you don't have to leave to have a great time, we loved being just a short drive from Davidson, Stutts Marina, and supermarkets. You will not be disappointed with this rental!

This is the best property my wife and I have ever found and rented. Everywhere we turned inside and outside of the house there were so many options and amenities for all ages. I can not stress enough how wonderful this property is. The owner was absolutely incredible in her communication and desire to work with us. 6/5 stars! You’re missing out if you don’t visit this beautiful home by Lake Norman.

I went with a group of guys for a bachelor party and we had an AWESOME time!! The house was so spacious and being able to jump in the lake right from the dock was so relaxing and fun. We played a bunch of games in the game room and the backyard when we weren't on the lake. The grill on the deck gave a great scenery of some of the lake and just felt relaxing. The house was super close to groceries and pretty much anything else we needed was maybe 5 mins away. We rented a boat for 2 days and it was cool to dock it right where we stayed so we could get on anytime we wanted. Plenty of places to sleep and everyone enjoyed themselves. I would highly recommend Double Play to anyone!!

Great location and great property! Everything was super clean and had all the amenities needed. The game room was a fun added bonus. Would HIGHLY recommend this property.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Our hosts thought of everything you could possibly need to make this house perfect. Charging cables, labeled light switches, a fully stocked kitchen, coffee supplies, water toys, life jackets, fire pit and firewood, games….I don’t think they forgot anything! We rented a pontoon boat for our stay and it was great to be able to walk out to the dock and hop on. Plenty of places to sit and read, for morning coffee, dinners. The only negative-and it’s not even a negative-is that we had to share the backyard with a flock of geese. They moved away when we came out but left lots of “presents” to maneuver around. Honestly even that wasn’t bad. Ample parking for our 3 cars. Oh and the game room!!!! Have I mentioned how much we loved this place? Will definitely be back next year and for a full week this time. The welcome guide provided before our arrival gave us everything we needed to know. Thanks Jessica for providing such a wonderful experience.

Everything was fresh and immaculate and thoughtfully organized, from the labeled light switches to all of the outside games, to the layout of the furniture. We really enjoyed our stay!!

This is the 2nd year we took a family vacation here and yet again it did not disappoint. We absolutely love the home and the surrounding area and the host is so incredibly responsive. 10 out of 10 recommend. We are already planning our 3rd visit for next year.

Double Play was perfect for my family of 4 and my parents! This house has tons of space and we loved the attention to detail! Very cute home on the lake! We will be back for sure! Jessica is awesome and very responsive to her messages ?
