Lake Erie waterfront cottage

Great location, spectacular view of Lake Erie. Will definitely recommend and will be back next year.

Honestly the cottage was amazing. Very updated, looked just like the pictures. There were more rooms and beds than advertised which was a bonus! All very comfortable too. We were very happy, would book again. Swimming right off the rocks was an added bonus again. Bring comfy outside chairs, that is all that was missing!

Nice quiet location right on the water. Close proximity to a good beach.Great shower .Would recommend.

Inside was clean but outside was not maintained. Barbecue advertised as working but it was rusted and falling apart, extremely moldy, not useable and probably hadn't been used for years so we did not even try to use it. Window sills full of bugs and, likewise back of house on beach side and deck required 2-4 hours of cleaning to make useable and open windows for ventilation and comfotrtably use back deck We did not try to use air conditioning given the outside conditions and uncertainty about maintenance and filters cleanliness. Fire extinguisher needed recharging and front door screen latch rusted and freezes when closed potentially locking us out from door lock pad to get in, We needed to loosen screw on screen door latch lock to prevent this. Likely small septic field, so request to not flush toilet paper but put into garbage bags not advertised until after we signed. Location, on lake edge with breeze and close to birding marsh could be more enjoyable with proper maintenance
