Charming Cottage on Meadowcroft Estate - A Birders Paradise Nestled in the Woods

Perfect place for a peaceful get away in nature! Convenient to Rondeau Provincial Park and Erieau as well as Blenheim.

Beautiful cozy cottage. Perfect for a peaceful retreat after a busy day. The house is not really divided into seperate bedrooms so if privacy is a big issue for you be aware, however there are room dividers and it's very nice for family time. Wonderfully decorated like a Victorian revival cottage. We would love to come back and stay for a long weekend of coziness in the snow.

We booked this for a cute quiet and cosy weekend stay and were not disappointed. The property was beautiful and the homage to the original history of the building sprinkled through the cottage was very much appreciated. There is a lot of care and attention to detail. The hosts were helpful and prompt when we needed to contact them. Highly reccomend ?

Wow, what a beautiful property and clearly loved and cared for. My partner and I booked a 2-night stay at Meadowcroft and we were really struck by its beauty. We wanted to escape the city and celebrate together in a quiet, green, and private setting. I can’t imagine anywhere else could’ve matched our needs more perfectly!On top of its beauty and tranquility, the hosts clearly put in effort to make our stay thoughtfully comfortable in a way that far left us appreciative and touched. Cant recommend enough (already have!) and looking forward to returning, too.

The cottage is so comfortable, with everything you need for a restful stay. No tv was wonderful and added to the peacefulness! We'll be back for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a quant little cottage on a very interesting property. Check out the pathways and watch the birds! The plant life is also beautiful. The host was responsive and welcoming. The Loft is comfortable and had everything we needed.

Neat, clean, close to town, had most* things you would need. Nice bathroom extras. Newish kitchen utensils. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to town or Rondeau. *no wifi (I used myfi), no microwave, small beds with footboards (difficult for anyone over 6 feet), a bit musty, very small shower, lots of knick knacks
