Stayed May 23, 2025As soon as we got there almost every smoke detector was beeping because of dead battery. I couldn't take the battery out because they are sealed units. The yard was over grown with weeds. Definitely didn't look like the pictures. I would not recommend this house. The owners don't do any up keep.

Stayed Apr 7, 2025Cute cabin, beds were big for our teenagers. The cabin is close to Bear mountain. We enjoyed our coupon for rentals to snowboard. Thank you!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Lake Cottage is an older property. It was clean, plenty of towels, water was hot. It was very disappointing that the only bathroom was downstairs. A window in the master bedroom would open but wouldn't remain open. The GCFI outlet in the bathroom did not work and one of the outlets in the master bedroom was loose.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The folks at Cool Cabins were wonderful. The cabin was well supplied and the beds and furniture are comfortable,but this particular cabin needs to be retired from your portfolio. It's old and tired. One of the windows in the bedroom over the fireplace wouldn't stay up, the outlets in the bathroom aren't working, one of the burners on the stove wouldn't light and two of the burner control knobs are falling off. The latch and lock on the front door need to be replaced.

Stayed Dec 19, 2020I stayed here with my three kids. There was plenty of room. Heat worked well. There were some board games but most were missing pieces. Overall a nice place
