3 Floor home. One bedroom in the basement with 1/2 bath. One bedroom and full bath on the main floor. One bedroom with game room and bunks beds on the 2nd floor.
Each guest will be given a personalized code to access the rear door entrance. There isa driveway that can accommodate cars and the street.
The house is within walking distance of the lake. Grocery and convenience stores are within 1 mile. Great neighborhood for walking. When the weather is good, you will see everyone walking and exercising in the neighborhood.

During times of snow, we may not be able to get someone out to snow plow. If so, salt and a shovel are provided.
