Lake Conroe - Kayak, Paddle Boards, Fishing, Pool Table, Pet Friendly!

Clean home, exactly as shown in listing. Check in was pretty seamless, host was able to set access remotely. The family was very comfortable here, and the fishing from the dock was pretty good as well. Benny's bait shop was nearby, as well as other convenient stores for groceries. Will definitely book this property again.

This property had plenty of room for our group. It was comfortable and had the amenities needed. The pool table area was an extra benefit. The owner was really good at keeping in contact and communicating information and responsive to messages. The canal area was nice and added a relaxing feel to the property. I would return to this property.

My daughters and I had a great time together! The house was clean, with perfect layout, very well furnished, full of kitchen utensils and new appliances. It has a great pool table, kayak and paddle boards. It was an awesome weekend! The host is very nice and answer messages really quick. We will definately be back! Thank you, Sam!

This house was spotless! Very well stocked in the kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. Perfect to bring your boat and they have a kayak and paddle boards if you’re adventurous. The dog enjoyed the house too. (Just wish it had a fence). We enjoyed playing pool and the dining table is big enough for a crowd. There were toys and puzzles for the kids too. We’ll be back

Great Lakehouse!! Loved the location! And loved everything about the house! Well equipped kitchen! They even give you pantry room! Love the extra fun things to do too! The pool table and the kayaks we’re so fun to enjoy! Definitely recommend!

Absolutely wonderful! The house had plenty of space. The dock, paddle boards, and seating were perfect. All the amenities (coffee makers, TVs, pillows, pots and pans) were plentiful. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning, listening to the water and watching the ducks. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and very near to so many restaurants and H-E-B. We had two very minor issues and the response to resolving them took no time at all which was greatly appreciated. Overall, we loved the time together as a family and would definitely recommend staying there and would love to come back!

Sam was extremely accommodating. This home offers every comfort you could ask for. Will definitely consider renting this property in the future.

We enjoyed the waterfront location, the pool table, the long dining room table, lots of sitting room on couches, and having four bedrooms.The bunk beds in the 4th bedroom are probably fine for kids, but were too small for adults to be comfortable.We had some minor maintenance issues - the overhead light would not come on in one bedroom, and we could not get water to come on in the shower/tub in one bathroom. People liked the walk-in shower in the master bath, so we had that option, but it meant everyone used the one bathroom for showers. Neither of these caused us great inconvenience, but it does keep me from giving an excellent rating.

This home was perfect for my family to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday! The house was clean and spacious, the kitchen was well stocked with essentials, and the home was the perfect location right on the lake! We fished, paddle boarded, swam, played games, and grilled. Definitely recommend!

Great place to stay directly on Lake Conroe. Convient to a public boat launch and nearby store for gas, ice, and snacks. It was great to have a room for a the adults as well as the 6 bed bunk room. Nice boathouse to anchor the boat to and let the kids swim. If you have a large family, this place will meet your needs. Defintely will stay here again with the whole family.

The property is beautiful with easy lake access. Sam was very responsive to messages. I would love to go back.

Great week with family for fishing paddle boarding and kayaking. Teenager approved!

Great location, plenty of room to hang out inside and outside! Caught some fish, played some pool, brought our boat, and used the grill. No complaints, everything was perfect.

Family and i stayed for my wedding then it was just me and my husband for after. We all loved it and talked about coming back in the summer. I left a fishing pole so hopefully anyone who stays here in the future will be able to use it there. Cant wait to come back!

This property met our family’s needs exceptionally well. Our grandkids very much enjoyed the pool table, kayak, and paddle boards. They also did a little fishing. The kitchen, dining room, living room, sleep arrangements, and bathrooms all fit our needs. We also used the outside grill and fire pit. Property manager was always quick to respond to questions.

The house was clean and had everything we needed for a family Christmas on the lake! Sam was a great host and easy to communicate with!

Our family so enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving week. The house was perfect and exactly as shown. It was stocked well and super clean. The kids enjoyed the games and my nephews loved fishing and caught some fish. We would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect lakefront property for an extended weekend vacation with family and friends. Plenty of room for guests, a well-appointed kitchen, large dining area for the group, and a great outdoor area to enjoy the lake with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The kayaks in stand-up paddle boards were a great way to get on the water along with a large covered dock perfect for fishing and swimming in a quiet cove.

The day after we got there a tropical storm hit so we lost power. We managed and made the best of it. Every restaurant, store and gas station was closed due to no power. Lake was closed also. So message property manager and ask for refund he was awesome and helped us out. Home is wonderful and comfortable. It’s clean but it really needs a deep cleaning.
