We had a wonderful time! The property managers truly stood out they were attentive, responsive, and great as usual. Everything was smooth from start to finish, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

House is a great set up for large groups, plenty of amenities, well stocked kitchens, and we enjoyed our second stay at this house with our group.

Our host was very welcoming. We had a snow storm on the morning we were to leave and the manager offered to have a stay until the roads were plowed and it was safe to drive home.

This is a wonderful house, perfect for a large family gathering in winter or summer. There is a big family room with gorgeous lake views, the dining table accommodates at least 15 people, and the large game room was a hit with everyone. The bedrooms were comfortable and the house was extremely clean. I'm sure its amazing in the summer, but we thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas holiday - including a substantial snow fall. Highly recommend!

The stay was amazing. The host and property managers were very welcoming and accommodating. The house is perfect for big groups. Game room, big kitchen, huge dining room table so the family could eat together and enough bathrooms for everyone. The view is great. The family and I will definitely return if given the opportunity. 5 stars!!!

We have rented this home many times for a girls weekend. We love the layout of the home which allows our large group to gather easily in the kitchen or in the family room. The view over the lake is gorgeous. It is also close to Petoskey, Charlevoix and Harbor Springs, for those that like to shop or get out and explore. The owner and home managers are very attentive and easy to get a hold of, if needed.

Beautiful home with absolutely beautiful views. Huge dock to enjoy the lake. Lots of space for a larger family gathering. The game room was a fun addition to our stay. The house is a quick drive to Boyne City.

We had a great time at this property. The kitchen was very well stocked and the second fridge and kitchen area downstairs was very helpful. We utilized the deck area quite a bit. There is a very large sectional in the main living space great for large groups. Tons of windows and views. The dock is huge! We loved the kayacks and paddle boards available for us.

Let me tell ya’ll something… Theeee BEST VRBO/ABNB experience EVER!!! From the initial communication, answering all my questions promptly to the super easy and welcoming check in process. The place is enormous and was very clean and came with everything needed from Tupperware to linen to games. Oh and I can’t forget their management team!! The Bomb! Super friendly and super helpful during and after my stay!!! I could not have stayed in a better location for my wedding party and they all want to meet back next year in the same house!!! THIS IS THE SPOT!!!!!!!! Why are there only 5 stars?????

The house is beautiful and very spacious. The view of the lake is awesome and a pleasure to wake up to in the mornings. We all had a great time and would recommend staying at this property.

Spacious, home with great views! So many games in the game room to keep kids entertained without devices. A large dinning and living to get the group together to share a meal together, have night time prayer and just hang out. Jim and his wife were really AWESOME!

House was bigger than expected, especially the living room, plenty of space for 7 adults and 7 children. We spent one day at Avalanche Bay which was great fun. Table was long enough for kids crafts and a puzzle. Kitchen has plenty of everything! Game room was fun too.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we love it! The house is so cozy, perfect for our family Christmas celebration, and stocked with everything we needed. The kids love the upstairs area. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the game room is perfect for hanging out and watching football! We were visiting Boyne City with our two children, their spouses and 4 grandchildren ( all under the age of 5) to celebrate my husbands retirement. This home made this weekend even better than we expected! The location, the amenities, the beds, toys , the spacious living quarters and cleanliness was fantastic! The views from every window are amazing! I would recommend this place for family and friend gatherings . There is something for everyone ! Can’t wait to come back!

We loved the house, especially the kitchen, dining room, and sleeping arrangements. It could use more comfortable chairs in other locations besides the living room. It also looked like the house was right on the water, when in fact there is a road in between the house and the shore. That was a disappointment, and not evident in the pictures. We did love the deck and chairs out over the water, and the deck off the house.

Ten best girlfriends enjoyed their 50th Year Friendversary here and the property could not have been better. So much room and the view of the lake was exquisite! All beds were very comfortable and having two refrigerators was great. We lucked out with beautiful fall weather. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed the week of our daughter’s wedding and the home was a perfect base of operations. The house was set up beautifully, with a great rec room in the walkout, well appointed kitchen, plenty of beds and baths. We enjoyed the provided SUPs and kayaks, and the large dock was a great spot to enjoy a morning coffee and worked perfectly for our boat as well. Property management was also helpful and easy to reach.

We had the best time!!! The views are stunning! So much to do…we enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, and that fantastic deck! The house was perfect for all 14 of us! We’ll definitely be back…highly recommend!

This home was spacious for our large family. Games room was an added bonus! The dock had plenty of seating. The walk to the dock was a bit rocky, perhaps one more length added to the walkway would of made it better. We managed just fine, and had the best time! We cant wait to return!
