Stayed Jun 1, 2026The house was very clean and roomy. The livingroom could have had better seating as one of the recliners was not working properly. I was under the impression that we could use the pool and other facilities but ended up paying for the use of the pool. My fault as I didn't ask first. But it was nice and very quite where we staying. Thank you so much for the good place to stay.

Stayed Mar 13, 2026No one told us the lake would be drained. We picked the place for fishing with our grandchildren. We replaced the weathered flag (and put old one in garage). Beautiful place, just wished it had water.

Stayed Apr 2, 2026Overall, the property was very nice! The check-in process left something to be desired, as I had not heard from the host by the day before check-in, so I had to call to get check-in/check-out instructions. Host said the instructions were emailed to me, but I did not receive any emails, other than the original confirmation email via VRBO. No communication via the VRBO app from the host, I had to contact them. Other than that, the property was well maintained, very clean, and comfortable. Enjoyed the stay immensely!

Stayed Aug 3, 2025Great location right on the water. The dogs and I enjoyed our stay thoroughly! There was ample privacy and quiet which was awesome. It felt like I was the only person on the lake! The structure is a little older but well maintained. Any issues I had were promptly and professionally addressed. I would definitely stay there again!

Stayed May 2, 2025This location was very nice very calm quiet I love that. It was at the end of the townhouses and not in the middle. I love that the townhouses were also divided by a garage so it really cuts down on if there was any noises next-door we would never have known Very peaceful neighborhood. I love the lake view. It may have been a small section of the lake, but very quiet it’s very peaceful. I loved watching the ducks and a little chipmunks around the area as well. I cannot wait to stay at this place again.

Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in the US - we didn’t know that before going, but it made the experience really cool! The whole area is quiet, well kept, and very nature-y! It was just a short drive to hot springs national park.

Stayed Oct 16, 2024Quiet neighborhood. Not too far from the bigger cities. A lot of things for the kids to do close by. Beautiful property and wildlife. House was plenty of room for all of us.
