Lake Austin Modern Luxury 200 Feet of Private Lakefront with 2 Docks

Perfect! Very clean, fully stocked (including towels for the lake and life jackets!), lots of space and docks were fantastic. Lauren was very responsive, super easy experience. Casita has a big king bedroom and the most adorable, super fun bunk room, full kitchen and fridge, etc... Main house was beautiful and comfy and has another 2 beds and 2.5 bath. Everything we needed and more. Loved it! Highly recommend!

This was an absolutely beautiful VRBO and Lauren was great to work with. We went with a group of girls and had a great time. The house is super clean, we got to check in early, they have paddleboards and kayaks for you to use and check out was a breeze. The only downside was the kelp. There’s an area of beach where the water is about a foot deep on either side of the doc but otherwise the doc is surrounded by thick kelp. We couldn’t swim from the dock or jump off the dock due to the thick kelp which was a bummer. We had to paddle board out quite a ways to get clear water to swim in. Other wise the listing is very accurate! There was a neighboring house that did not have any kelp around their docks so maybe it’s a service they can use to clear it out.

They did not skimp on the details, everything is so thoughtful, beautiful, and set up for the guests to have the best time every! We enjoyed the water and outdoors!

We had a lovely and very comfortable stay! The house is absolutely gorgeous and the setting is umatched. This is a hidden gem in a quiet neighborhood and an easy drive into downtown Austin. We will be back!

It was fun and an easy location. Weather wasn’t very cooperative but property was nice.

This property is AS GOOD AS IT GETS! 10/10 - highly recommend!!! It is beautiful, relaxing, private.... everything that you could want. We definitely plan to return!

Can’t not say enough great things about this house! Everything was perfect! Kitchen had everything you need, space was more than comfortable for relaxing inside or out around the fire pit. Three of us slept in the bunk room it was dark, quiet, and so comfortably! Everyone said the beds were super comfy. The yard was beautiful, in the heat of the day the lake and docks were perfect, played in the water all day. Had a boat company pick us up and take us out on the water one day. Great for a family or a group, would definitely book again. Epic trip!

Great home for big groups and families! We loved the design and feel of the entire space and every room, down to the bunk beds. Huge open kitchen and living/dining room made gathering and cooking together easy. Kitchen was stocked with tons of cookware, utensils, and spices. Water access was amazing––paddle boards, kayaks, tube, lily pad float––all put to good use. Lauren was also extremely accommodating and responsive. Cannot recommend enough!
