Stayed Jun 24, 2026Fantastic property. This was truly the most well equipped and most thoughtfully comfortable home I’ve stayed in since I’ve started renting through VRBO. The Line of communication with Holly was excellent, and all questions were answered immediately. Very friendly, accommodating host. This property was wanting for nothing in the way of comfort or amenities. I will most definitely be returning for my next visit to Sand Valley.

Stayed Jul 26, 2025We stayed at this beautiful house in Lake Arrowhead for four nights to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The attention to detail throughout the home made it feel incredibly welcoming and comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, making our stay both relaxing and memorable. The host’s communication was excellent—quick, clear, and genuinely kind. It made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. Honestly, there wasn’t a single thing that could have been better.I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-appointed getaway. We’d love to come back again!

Stayed Jul 3, 2025We loved everything about our stay! The house was beautifully decorated, clean, well appointed with plenty of kitchen gadgets and bathroom necessities. The beds were very comfortable as well! We enjoyed seeing deer and wild turkeys in the backyard from the screened in porch. We also loved that this property came with access to the private pool and private beaches, providing fun for our family! We will definitely want to stay again.
