Stayed Mar 16, 2025This property was very nice - just as advertised. It was VERY close to the entrance to Big Bend National Park and Lajitas golf course, which was a benefit to us.

Living in the area, I know to reduce my standard when it comes to experiences like this, but I will say this was one of the cleanest rentals I’ve had anywhere in the country.Also a great way to have the whole lajitas/big bend experience while having the convenience of a home vs the hotel room at the resort.

Stayed Mar 15, 2026We were there to visit Big Bend National park and the location couldn’t have been better for our purposes. As an extra we were able to shoot excellent photos of the sunset and the Milky Way right from the front porch.

Stayed Oct 10, 2025This house is a great location for visiting Big Bend National Park. We sat outside at night and viewed the beautiful night stars. The hosts answered all of my questions about routes to dining and the park. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking in. I would definitely recommend Lajitas Casa Grande and would love to stay here again.

Stayed Jan 1, 2025We loved staying in the house. We were traveling with another family and our kids loved running around and exploring the area. House has pretty much everything you need and there's a general store really close. State park is practically next door and worth exploring. Big Bend NP is not too far either. I highly recommend this property and communication with the owners was really good and helpful too. Thanks!

Stayed Nov 10, 2024Property managers Daryl and Janet were attentive, easy to contact, which is helpful when planning a trip a year in advance. The house was just right for our party of 8, 60 to 75 year old's. We saw all the scenery from Marfa to Marathon, down to La Linda, Boquillas, St Elena, and Persidio. A goodtime was had by all. Thanks to the owners and managers for renting the Casa Grande to us.

Stayed Sep 22, 2024Stayed at this house as it was in the middle of our planned bicycle rides. It’s close to Big Bend State and Federal parks. Star gazing is incredible as well.
