Stayed Feb 1, 2026Responsive and kind host. Secure condo complex a short walk (for those who are able) to beautiful beach, restaurants (recommend Bayou on the Beach and Pizzeria Bella Napoli) and other amenities. Comfortable king bed. (Didn't use queen bed.) Excellent WiFi. Well-equipped kitchen. Some aspects of condo were tired or in disrepair (warped and delaminating master bathroom door, cracked bathroom tiles, inoperable sliding-door screen, rusted and dirty deck furniture). Overall, though, after cleaning the place more thoroughly, my spouse and I spent a pleasant month here, working remotely and enjoying the weather.

Stayed Jul 4, 2025Our stay was pleasant overall, and we appreciated the property manager's responsive communication. Here are some highlights:Pros:- The condo/townhome was clean, spacious, and conveniently located near town, yet far enough from the congested areas.- The resort was safe and well-maintained, with a pool nearby that was often quiet and private.- Front-door parking was a convenient perk, and we enjoyed fishing right from our back porch.Cons:- A golf cart is almost essential due to the spread-out amenities and limited parking options. Without one, walks can be lengthy.- The beach was not easily accessible, contrary to the listing's implication. It took around 20 minutes to walk there, and parking was limited.- We experienced noise from neighboring units' back decks at night.- The air conditioning unit was loud, especially at night.- The master bathroom door didn't close properly due to previous damage.- Some of our hair styling tools didn't work in the upstairs bathrooms, except for the hair dryer with a reset button.Overall we enjoyed our stay.
