Everything was great. Had pretty much all we needed. Loved having the pool

Very convenient location. Pool was a great respite each afternoon. Kitchen amenities were more than adequate. The outdoor shower didn’t work properly, evidence of wood boring insect from cabinet on kitchen counter. Kitchen sink faucet handle would not stay shut.

Great experience and very n nice place

This was a great property. The main house features two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths and the pool house features another bedroom and bath. The pool was great. The property was in a great locations. Quiet, but also a close walk to the action. The property management company was attentive, and great to work with. Overall, a great experience.

This was our 4th time in Key West in the past few years and we have stayed in this house every time. It is a perfect location at the quieter end of Duvall. Restaurants, bars and shops are all within walking distance. The house is a small cottage, great for 2 couples. It is always clean and in good repair. We had no unwanted iguana visitors this trip, which was lovely. The trees around the pool could use a little trimming to allow for more sun to reach the pool, but that just a preference, not a problem.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for an amazing time at Key West. Beds are comfortable and pool is great. We look forward to coming back!

We came down to Key West on a family vacation. The house was exactly what we needed! There was plenty of room for everyone and had all the needed amenities. We absolutely loved our stay here for four nights this past week. The location is amazing, just a two minute walk and you’re on Duval. It’s the quieter end of the street which was perfect for us. The house is comfy, the kitchen is great for cooking and the pool is amazing and was really the cherry on top of this wonderful home. The pool house was perfect for our grown son and friend so they felt they had a bit more private space. Quick walk to so many great spots!! Thanks for a great time!

This home is well maintained and very comfortable. The management company was easy to communicate with and all instructions were clearly labeled in the home. This home is within a half block to Duval Street, easy walking distance to all the shops, cafes, bars, Southern most point, and beach. My family of four had plenty of space in the home which is beautifully decorated. The AC, wifi, and appliances are all in perfect working order. The pool is clean and at a comfortable temperature. Upon arrival the home was supplied with plenty of clean bath and beach towels. In addition the home was stocked with essential's such as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, etc. Just enough parking for our small rental suv and golf cart rental.

Just the right set up for our multigenerational family Spring Break. The management company was extremely helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend.

We loved the location of the Lady Admiral and were able to walk to any of the places we wanted to see. The pool was also a great amenity to have. I would highly recommend this listing if you are looking to enjoy your Key West vacation.

The property was conveniently located just off of Duval street near the Southernmost point. We were able to walk everywhere. There were a lot of nearby restaurants for breakfast (and other meals, but we always ate breakfast out). The house was clean and just how described. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed the heated pool and waterfall. The water pressure was a bit lacking in the bathroom, but that wasn’t a deal breaker. We enjoyed our stay, and would recommend it.

Nice location close to everything. The house was clean and accommodating for 5 adults and a 6 month old. We would stay here again in the future. The guest house was nice for my son and his wife with the baby, they had their own private area.

Her and her best friend stayed in the guest house, which was great because it gave them some privacy but felt very safe. This house is in a great location with my two favorite breakfast places right at the corners on Duvall We walked a lot but also rented a golf cart to tour around the island more....highly recommend doing that! The size of the house was great for 4. More than that might find it tight if you are planning to watch TV together (we didn’t). Kitchen was great but the eating area is also a little tight...but you can always eat outside! Pool was awesome and loved the water feature. Outdoor space is great, including the swing on the front perch. Everything was very clean. The furniture in the TV area didn’t bother me, but I can see why some would complain that it’s needs replaced. Decor was perfect, beds were comfy, lots of pool towels, etc. Communication with the mgt company was excellent and appreciated then letting us know the house was ready for check in early. No complaints! LOVED IT and definitely recommend it!

The home was very clean and well maintained! We felt a little crowded because we filled every bed and used the pull out couch, which didn't leave much living space. Thankfully the weather was nice and we could be outdoors.

Wonderful place for a getaway with friends (3 couples). Accommodations were lovely and location was perfect. Just one block from Duval so we were able to walk to many restuarants and shops without being in the middle of the hubbub at night.

This home offered a great stay with all the amenities. They were able to honor an early check-in to accommodate our flight, which was so helpful to be able to drop luggage off. The home appeared as advertised and was comfortable for 6 guests. We did find a majority of the pillows to be very firm and uncomfortable and the pool house bedroom had an off putting smell with the AC running, which was necessary given the temperature. I suspect the AC unit may need to be serviced/replaced. Despite these small complaints we had a great time! It was close to everything as well which we loved.

We visit Kay West often and this was by far our favorite stay. The house is adorable and super clean. The private pool and patio were amazing. The pool had the perfect amount of shade and sunlight and even though the other houses are close by the fences and vegetation around the property make it feel nice and private. The house was well equipped. We cannot wait to go back.
