Lackland AFB BMT Home - Easy Early Morning Access

It was a great property. 3 bedroom 2 bath huge kitchen. Great security. Nice patio.

Host was extremely helpful and available. Home was exactly as pictured. Very clean. Right outside of Lackland AFB. Grocery store less than a mile. Easy drive to Riverwalk. We were able to spend day at the house with the provided grill and cook for our twin Airmen. Home is very patriotic and has a congratulations frame to take a pic of your Airman. The pay it forward philosophy of the host is so helpful. Two stadium seats and a cooler were at the home, left from previous guests. We left another stadium seat, charcoal, lighter fluid, and kleenex for those very special emotional moments. We also left some clips for hanging banners. We truly enjoyed our stay, felt safe and cared for. The host is incredible.

This was perfect for BMT graduation! You can wake to the sound of Reveille and go to sleep to TAPS- you’re that close to base! Beautiful home with modern appliances and many extra amenities! FIVE STARS for the homeowner who called to check on us after a bad lightning storm. We were perfectly safe and sound!

We had a wonderful time with our Airman. We were behind the base so traffic was limited. Only wish bedrooms had TVs in them and the living area had a sectional for more space to sit with your family. Other than that good time

This home was so perfect in so many ways and down to the details. Our family enjoyed the space and how close it was to the base. We were happy to see that the owner thought of everything from umbrella and binoculars to seat cushions. The home is so close to the base and the HEB grocery store. We enjoyed the home and the responsiveness to our questions. Check-in/out process was easy. If you are going to a Lackland BMT graduation, you must book this home. You will be so glad you did!

We came down from Indiana for our son’s graduation from BMT. While the neighborhood was older and a little run down looking in some areas, this home was super cute and very clean and well-appointed. We felt safe and at home during our stay. The biggest perk is that Lackland AFB is literally in the backyard! We could hear reveille in the morning, the National Anthem at the end of the day, and taps at night. Plus we saw some fighter jets and a C130 fly over. It’s a short drive to the Valley Hi Gate and it was very close to the grocery store and restaurants. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We would stay here again!

Thankful to be so close to Lackland, to utilize our time with our Graduate. Also, there is a very clean and large grocery store very close.

Lackland AFB literally borders this clean & cozy property, so you can hear Reveille and Taps being played softly from base each day. (The Valley High Gate is just a few minutes away by car.) The 3 bedrooms are thoughtfully accommodated. Beds are so soft & comfortable - felt like sleeping on a cloud! Amazing kitchen space! Many extra touches such as included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, linens, dishes, and a “pay-it-forward” pantry so pretty much anything your family might need is supplied. The host is very responsive - excellent communication! We highly recommend this property, especially for families celebrating with their graduating airman! ✈️🫡??

Clean and comfy.

This house was the PERFECT place to stay for our son’s graduation from BMT at Lackland JBSA!! There is a huge grocery store at the beginning of the neighborhood. Traffic was never a problem getting to or from the base. The house was clean, very comfortable, and had extra things like umbrellas cooler & stadium seats. The base is literally in the backyard so you could hear the National Anthem play at 5:30 every day, Taps at 18:00, and Reveille at 5:30am. Hosts were very responsive to questions before our stay. 100% recommend

The house is very comfortable and well stocked with all the things we needed. We loved the closet of extras we were able to borrow for the 2 days we were at Lackland. The house location was wonderful for our early mornings. The hosts were very responsive to all our questions and needs. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

The home is very nice and clean! The location is absolutely perfect. Neighborhood comes across sketchy but it was quiet and had no issues- honestly barely seen anyone around the neighborhood. It’s close to the grocery store too which was nice! But the best part, you got to hear the reveille and taps every morning and night! They have blankets and bleacher seats which were a life saver!! The location to the base really maximized the time we got to spend with our airman. It’s literally down the road and right turn into the base. It took us 10 min to get to the drop off at the end of his town pass because of how close and we didn’t have to wait in the line from the highway. Kitchen had everything we needed and overall, it couldn’t have been better. The backyard is also very nice! Would highly recommend to anyone but definitely those attending BMT graduation!
