LA VILLA - Private heated pool, air conditioning, space, nature!

Lovely property and location, plenty of space, lots of room for a group of eight adults (4 couples)- lovely pool, excellent walks nearby, very friendly and helpful host (Aude), super garden views and lots of space indoor and out for dining and fun times. The ideal spot for us to spend some time between two rugby weekends in Nice. Would love to visit again.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The villa had French charm with modern luxuries, beautiful pool and air conditioning in bedrooms. Every appliance, cooking utensil, crockery and glass you could want. Fantastic BBQ again with every utensil needed. In easy drivable, taxi journey to amazing restaurants. Aude was an amazing, caring and wondering host and totally accessible. We absolutely loved our holiday and would definitely recommend to all. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. We will definitely return.

Very enjoyable fulfilled our expectations . Rooms were spacious and clean We were greeted by Aude who explained clearly essential information that ensured a very relaxing holiday for our family - 8 adults and a 2 month old baby .

We - a group of adults aged 26-89 - greatly enjoyed our stay at this villa! Its layout with four bedrooms and several bathrooms suited our needs well. The photos are very representative of the villa and its beautiful large garden. We enjoyed the outdoor dining area and the heated pool greatly! The villa is also very well equipped. We were welcomed by Aude, who also responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay. We recommend this villa warmly and will definitely be back.

Staying in Aude's property was exactly what I was hoping for...spacious, open living space...lots of sliding doors letting in an abundance of light, clean and well appointed...Aude was very responsive to any question we had and was only a phone call away...the home and grounds were just perfect for our 10 day stay...on a quiet lane but close to wherever we wanted to explore...I recommend walking down the farther down the lane and over the bridge to view the scenery...spectacular...

We’ve just got back from a fantastic weeks holiday at this villa. The villa is easy to find and is only a 35 minute journey from Nice Airport. The location is great to explore the mountain villages/Towns. Tourrettes-Sur-Loup is under 5 minutes away and is a lovely little medieval village which will meet all your day to day requirements (boulangerie/Boucherie etc). Vence is very pretty and again is only a 15-20 minute drive and gas ample restaurants/Cafes. Other places such as Grasse are within easy reach and even Antibes and Monaco are both under the hour. The villa itself is located in a very quiet area. The villa has a very traditional/homely feel both inside and out. Outside there are multiply seating areas, a fantastic heated swimming pool with plenty of sun beds, ping pong and pétanque areas and a lovely level, mature and secure garden for kids to enjoy. There is also ample parking which is accessed through the electronic gates to the property. The villa also has very effective security lighting across the garden. Internally there are 4 good sized bedrooms and ample bathrooms/WCs and all showers/baths worked really well and were always sufficiently hot. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need and opens nicely into one of the outdoor seating areas making it a very sociable area. There is a lovely open plan dining/lounge area which again is a great space to relax after a long day out. The sofas are laid out well again making it a very sociable area. The TV works well including Netflix (in English). There is even a bar and piano to entertain your guests! The owner Aude had been fantastic right from the start. She had responded to all of our queries quickly and efficiently before and during our stay. She met us to give us a guided tour when we first arrived and was also very helpful when we checked out due to an early flight. All in all we could not fault the villa or the service that we were provided from start to finish and would highly recommend the villa to all both in terms of a great location for a south of France holiday and the service that you will receive.

A beautiful villa in a stunning location, quiet & peaceful, very tranquil. I would highly recommend this property it was a very relaxing holiday. Very near to Tourette’s sur Loup which is a beautiful place with lots of charm. A big pool, table tennis & boules kept us all entertained. the owner was most helpful and responded quickly to any queries.
