Welcome to our family villa (180 m²) in Corps d’Uriage!
Perfect both in summer and winter (close to Chamrousse ski resort), the house offers an idyllic setting and has been fully renovated.
Pure relaxation: Heated saltwater pool (May–September) + new for 2026: a fitness area with SAUNA and an outdoor “chill” shelter with hammock and net bed.
Leisure & fun: Home cinema with large screen (2.15 m), pool table, darts, pétanque court… Everything you need to create unforgettable memories with family or friends.

The accommodation
Nestled in the quiet hamlet of Corps d’Uriage, this spacious home is designed for enjoyment all year round:
☀️ Spring & Summer: Enjoy the heated saltwater pool, pétanque games at aperitif time, and our brand‑new outdoor shelter (2026) with lounge area and hammock for relaxing naps. A large gas barbecue with plancha is also available.
❄️ Autumn & Winter: After a day on the slopes of nearby ski resorts, warm up in our new Fitness & Sauna area (towels and TV included) or relax in the second cosy living room.
Fun evenings: A dedicated cinema room with large screen (2.15 m), pool table and dartboard awaits for lively tournaments.
The house is fully equipped for both adults and children.
The ideal place to truly disconnect.

Guest access
You will have exclusive use of the entire property (indoor & outdoor areas, pool, sauna, cinema room), except for a few private cupboards.
Parking: Private and secure on‑site parking.
Please note: I may occasionally use one parking space, but this does not affect your parking, comfort or privacy.
