Very clean, bright, new-feeling property. Thoughtful details like usb outlets in bedside tables, well-marked tv controls (altho we couldn't get the sound on in the family room), welcome beverages. Big kitchen with open floor plan to living area! Nice to park in garage and access through the interior door!

Property was nice, clean, roomy and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again if in the area. The only thing that would have been better was if there were fans in the second and third bedrooms.

The property was really nice. The only thing that I feel could be better is the kitchen; need an electric can opener, large bowls, strainer, measuring cups, and more than one kitchen towel. Otherwise, the property was really nice. One couple had to cancel so we did not use all the house. Enjoyed our stay. Thank You, Patrici Jaco

Clean and close proximity to many places

The house being fairly new was pretty clean. Was worth the value, but beds were sheet metal frames that made a lot of noise with every movement and not very comfortable. The pillows were horrible, very flat! Would have been nice to have blow dryer in a bathroom, the kitchen was well equipped. Great location to downtown.

An amazing property that is close to the LSU campus. A very large townhouse where our family could spread out in. It’s clean and comfortable, all 3 bedrooms are very large and the primary suite over delivered. The property managers were very easy to reach. We will return !!!!!

Property is exactly as described in listing. Very clean and spacious. Great location, easy access to lots of places. Nice being able to park in the garage. Nice to haves would have been more variety of cooking pots and pans. Upgraded beds would be nice. We stayed in the room with the master and bed was more firm than our liking and others said their beds were squeaky. After we left, my husband realized he forgot his wedding ring. I contacted owner which contacted cleaning crew. Ring was found and said they would mail it out next day. Over all, great property and would recommend to others.
