Quiet residential neighborhood. Walkable to sites. We absolutely loved the artwork and furniture throughout the home. Had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay.

Came with a best friend. Loved the ability to leave the car & walk everywhere. It’s so peaceful & quiet - you feel like you’re in the country. Especially loved the patio oasis. Perfect for morning coffee & an afternoon nap.

Lovely and delightful. Good location. Gorgeous gardens. Perhaps a recyclable container for trash would be good.

Very cute 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home within walking distance to the Plaza. Great restaurants and a very nice market for necessities just blocks from the home. A comfortable spot to rest up after the days excursions. We would absolutely stay here again on future trips to Santa Fe.

This property was perfect for our stay. The house was not only adorable and stylish but was fully equipped with everything you could ever need. In addition, the location was 5 minutes from everything. We were there to go skiing and the 30 minute car ride up and down the mountain was super easy and enjoyable !

This house was perfect for our family of four over Thanksgiving week! The location is great, walkable to the Plaza, Canyon Road, etc. Grocery stores are very short car ride away.The bedrooms are spacious, as is the living and dining areas. Ample storage space in both bedrooms. The outdoor space is great too, with a couple of different seating areas. The two bathrooms are nice, but the primary bathroom would be difficult for someone with mobility issues. There are two steps down into the bathroom, and the shower is incorporated into a jacuzzi-type tub.All in all we had a great stay, and I would definitely book this property again when visiting Santa Fe.

Wonderful location, close to all the great things Santa Fe has to offer. The house was beautiful inside and out, with great sitting spaces and a beautiful yard. Loved the chicken decor!

The house has character and charm. It is a little dark inside ( more lamps would help) and the bathroom is very small and the toilet seems to rock when sat upon (!) The shower head could be replaced maybe with a hand held option which can be more efficient. Having some foil, saran wrap or baggies for kitchen supplies would be nice. Overall we enjoyed the site.

Enjoyed the ambiance. Nicely decorated. Great location. One suggestion: The jacuzzi floor gets very slippery with a soapy shower. Difficult to get in and out safely.

The house is very charming, comfortable, and clean. It is set away from the street a bit and the parking spot is behind a fence, which is a nice bonus especially given the narrow streets in Santa Fe. It's a 15-20 minute straight walk to the Plaza area so there's no need to fight or pay for parking in the busy areas. Overall, we had a great stay and highly recommend!

Have been VRBOing in SFe 15y. Certain expectations are standard in a home. Upon arrival, after driving all day, we envision a pinon fire outside & relaxing. This home had only 1 piece of firewood available. Almost NO seasonings in the kitchen. Not even salt & pepper. A piece of a roll of paper towel only. 2 rolls of toilet paper. 0 yes 0 trash bags. Ridiculous. For the price paid for the week, I shouldn’t have to search for & haul firewood & grocery shop for essentials. The house was perfect & as advertised. However basic provisions for a week stay was non existent. Disappointed, to say the least.

Property was clean, inside and out. Great neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay in the house and always our stay in Santa Fe.

The place is absolutely charming, the pics don't lie. If you're looking for Santa Fe style charm this house delivers 100%. Decor is on point! The back yard is a lovely oasis and a great way to start your day with a cup of coffee or wind down in the evening. Location is convenient to walking into downtown with all of its charm and diversions. Would recommend this property to anyone (and did, but their dates were booked). Only cons would be that the kitchen should have some cooking spray or EVO (pans stick!) and didn't realize there was recycling until items were in the trash outside; Consider having a designated recycling bin in the house and/or mention from the property mgr in ALL of their correspondences. Thank you Santa Fe, it was a pleasure getting to spend time in your fair city!

Check-in was a breeze! The staff at the office were so friendly and helpful. We loved, loved, loved the property. The kitchen was well stocked and the entire house was beautiful. Would definitely would like to stay there again.

Came up to Santa Fe with some friends for the weekend and this was a great getaway. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the multiple outdoor spaces - such a treat to sit outside in the morning with a coffee and a book!

It’s ok. Management did not respond to 2 in person visits. Shower dripping, ants, loose toilet (floor bolts), serious sky light leak during rain storms. Would have been nice to have 2 matching wine glasses. 4 would have been even better. Access great as where the gardens.

Three friends stayed here as part of trip to visit other friends in Santa Fe and to enjoy the cooler weather. The house was a great place to have friends over for dinner and to enjoy the 2 lovely outdoor seating areas. It was a quiet neighborhood so it was very peaceful. But you're also very near to great restaurants and grocery stores. The kitchen had all we needed to serve some meals. The beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this property for four nights in Santa Fe. The home is beautiful and exudes so much Southwest charm with the decor. We loved the backyard area which had two shaded sitting areas with a swing. Our toddler was with us and she loved the children’s books provided on one of the bookshelves.

The house was just as pictured online; interesting decor and Southwest flavor. The house was very clean and well-stocked. Our only recommendation is for the owners to replace their pillows, though this may be based on personal taste--the pillows were either much too hard and one was worn out/too soft for any support. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

House was beautiful and authentic. Was near everything we wanted to do. Had a wonderful stay.

Property was well kept and had basics on hand. Two outdoor seating areas that are comfortable and private. We were two - but unit would be comfortable with four. We would stay here again.

On our first day there, I called the management company as there were two issues that needed attention.1 - the primary bath needs a shower mat, as the tub gets slick when wet2 - the primary bath leaks all over the floor.We were there for the next six days, and never heard back.Other than these issues, the place was comfortable, clean and enjoyable. Walking distance to many Santa Fe attractions.

The home is in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown. It is welcoming and has the New Mexican flavor that we love. The only drawback is the master shower is inside a very deep soaking tub. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

We loved the stay. The 1930's era house has so much charm - really cool decor, and lovely gathering spaces. The bed was comfortable. Loved the outdoor garden area. Appreciated that we had off street parking. We were able to walk downtown for restaurants and bars. We were fine with it, but be aware that the master bath is 2 steps down from the bedroom, and the shower is in the jetted tub (not good if you have mobility issues). There is a different bathroom and shower that have no access issues. Would love to stay here again!

House was beautiful and location was very private. The ouside garden really helped relax.
