La Verkin Home w/ Hot Tub, Kayaks, & Bikes!

The house is meticulously kept. Everything is absolutely clean and beautiful. Not only that, it seems like the owners built this place just for vacationers, keeping all comforts and amenities in mind. Everything is provided for -- just add food and fun! All of the appliances are top of the line and brand new. The fire pit in the back (with wood and everything needed for a fire) was a nice touch! The kids enjoyed s'mores two nights in a row. Even though we ruined the bumper on our Transit trying to back in to the steep driveway, I'm still giving this place 5 stars! I would just say -- don't try parking in the garage or in the driveway, and you'll be fine. (They do warn about the steepness of the driveway -- we just overestimated the clearance on our van). Seriously, the owners have thought of everything, and renting here made such a wonderful difference on our much-needed vacation. Thank you!!

This house was great. Nice beds, pillows and blankets. Great setup inside for meals and getting ready for the day. Outside was so nice to have the grill, swing and hot tub at night, and table and chairs for quiet early mornings. Plenty of towels and supplies. Good location to get to Zion easily. We enjoyed the walking trails in LaVerkin, as well as the grocery store, gear store, and hot springs. We'd love to stay here again.

Host was fantastic! Great communication before and during our stay. We felt very warm, welcome and safe. He addressed some issues very quickly. House was wonderful and perfect for our family!

Hot tub was great after a long day of hiking. Cleanliness was great and loved that everything was labeled nicely. Laundry is always a benefit and all the amenities we needed were available. The wine opener didn’t seem to work but we did bring our own (something to look into), but everything was so perfect, close to a grocery store and a nice sandwich shop with fresh coffee and a bar with drinks up the street. Plus, only a 20min drive to Zion and the Zion Canyon Hot Springs were only a 3 min. Drive. Truly enjoyed our stay.

It was wonderful. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hot tub and fire pit were perfect for recovering from long days. I would love to revisit.

We had a great stay at this home in La Verkin. Host was a great communicator, and the home was clean and had everything we needed for a 2 night/3 day stay (and would've been great for a longer stay as well). We loved the comfortable beds (they were really nice), and being close to all of the things around Zion and in particular, some of our favorite mountain bike trails made the trip one for the memory books. Thanks so much for a perfect stay!

Great stay with all the amenities you need for an easy stay in LaVerkin.Hot tub and tee pee swing were great to relax and unwind after a long day exploring.

Really great house, comfortable beds and couches and well-stocked kitchen. Very clean and a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the hot tub as well as some stargazing in the evenings. The driveway is definitely very steep, so it was nice being able to park in the garage. We would definitely stay again!

Much nicer than the pictures show. Loved all the little extras like coffee, shampoo, laundry detergent etc. It was nice to unwind in a hot after a day of hiking.

This home was so roomy! Huge master and master bath! Open floor plan for gathering and enjoying a meal together. Lovely decor throughout the home. Comfortable beds and linens! All new appliances and roomy kitchen. Loved the patio area and the beautiful view outside! Wish we had time to enjoy the bikes and kayaks.

Gorgeous place, clean, so many extras!! Our family loved staying here - great location. Lots of restaurant options in the area & close to Zion. Loved the backyard, especially the swing!! Spacious rooms inside, comfy beds & linens, amazing shower in master bath. Thank you!!

What a beautiful home! Very clean. Looks just like the pictures. We enjoyed the hot tub and sitting around the fire at night. Perfect location to Zion and good restaurants. Beds were comfortable. My family and I would recommend staying here.

We realized our first night that the water heater was broken and we wouldn't have hot water. This property has a lovely shower and big tub that we were looking forward to after a lake day. The property manager was unfortunately unresponsive all week when we requested early check-in and check-out. I called Evolve for support and they reached out to the Owner about the broken water heater. The Owner and I texted back and forth. I

Great place but… Had a large cleaning fee (189) yet the check out process required us to strip the beds, start a load, run dish washer, etc.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place is great!! Clean, great location. The hot tub was so nice after long days of hiking!

House has good bones but it was not cleaned after the prior visitors. It was a bit of a shock to arrive at a Vrbo that is a mess. We walked into a place with dirty towels, dirty sheets, unmade beds, and generally unkempt living spaces. The local contact was difficult to reach and then we had to argue to get cleaners to come. Once cleaned our stay was good. 30 minutes to Zion which did not disappoint. Beautiful park!

Loved the house!

This was a great base to explore Zion from. The beds were comfy and there was lots of space for us as a group of 6 adults. Only issue was communicating via Evolve, who manages the property, it was tricky to add an extra night but they did respond eventually.

This property was exactly as listed- very well kept, with lots of little extra touches like coffee, creamer, sugar and basic cooking items- oil, spices etc. The beds were the best we’ve ever stayed in with high end linens. So comfortable! The hot tub was such a welcome treat after long days hiking at Zion and Bryce. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook delicious meals after our days out. Would highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again if we come back to Utah. We liked that it was about 30 minutes outside of the busyness of the park area.

Very comfortable and clean. Many amenities. Garage is used to store a Jeep that is used by others that are given access to the garage, make sure the interior garage door is kept locked. Other than that, a great property.

The home of large. The master suite and bathroom were big and very comfortable. I would’ve liked to had have a few snacks such as chips, crackers and/or cookies. We arrived later in the evening and there wasn’t anything close by to get a s na ck

Great location for Zion vacation. Very nice home (new construction). Check in was incredibly easy, keyless access was convenient. Kitchen was well appointed and beds were comfy. We were out exploring Zion during most of our visit, so we didn’t spend much time in La Verkin, but it was a great home base to return to each evening. Would absolutely stay here again, without a doubt. A++

Nice cozy home away from home!

The house was very comfortable for our week's stay. It was very private even though it was in a neighborhood. The backyard was a relaxing spot in the evenings. And there was plenty of room for the three of us. Would recommend and would stay again when in town.
