La Verkin Family Retreat Near Zion National Park!

Very nice house, clean and perfect size for us. Loved the fireplace too.

House was as expected. Comfortable beds, nice showers. Nice layout. It was a little warm at night. Thermostat was locked at 71. It wasn't that hot this time of year and we needed cooler bedrooms for comfort. Owner suggested opening windows at night but we went to bed before it cooled off outside. That was our only complaint. Great communication with the owner.

Thus was a lovely home. We were close to Zion National Park but far enough from the crowds: The playground was great to have for the grand kids to play at the end of a day hiking.

Perfect quiet location with easy access to Zion. Everything you need is here. Lots of space to hang out. Plan to stay here again in the future.

Great house for our family of 4! We had plenty of room and in a great location. Just 25 min to Zion and multiple food options around!

This is a great little house! Close enough to Zion to be accessible without the bustle of Springdale. The kitchen had a ton of cooking utensils, which was great and a large part of the reason we prefer renting a home for vacations vs staying in a hotel. Thanks for making our trip to Utah easy and relaxing.

The house was perfect for my daughter and I as one of the stops on our western States roadtrip. 25 mins from the west gate of Zion, and only 4 minutes from the Zion Hot Springs... highly recommend if you like that sort of thing.We enjoyed playing the games in the garage too. The tv was easy to work, everything was clean and the kitchen had all we needed. Definitely saving this place and coming back again!

This was the perfect house for our family this week. We were visiting Zion National Park and enjoyed the proximity to the park but the quietness of the La Verkin neighborhood. It was clean and had everything we needed for meal prepping and laundry. The games set up in the garage were fun. The host’s communication with us was thorough and received in a timely manner. We recommend this house to anyone.

The house was spacious and had all you need for a memorable stay. less than a mile to the shuttle stop.Host is very responsive and adddreses concerns immediatly.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay! It was perfect-truly a home away from home. We wanted for nothing. Shealyn (property manager) was so efficient and friendly! I'd like her to teach me her cleaning ways! The house & property were immaculate!

This home worked really well for our needs. It was super clean, well-stocked with items not normally provided in other rentals. It was perfect for three adults. We really appreciated having the garage to store our bikes and we really enjoyed relaxing in the living room and on the patio after riding each day. This is one of the better homes I've rented, and I'll absolutely check to see if it's available the next time I'm in the area.

The house was great for kids, they loved the games in the garage and the playhouse out back. Having the bunk beds in the master bedroom was also helpful for younger kids, all being in the same room. The neighborhood was interesting, lots of industrial equipment around homes but we didn’t have any issues. About 30 minutes from Zion. The property manager was great and even helped us get groceries for us.

This place has everything you need.Convenient to Zion, food and groceries.Clean,nice and updated inside.Highly recommend!!!

The property was easy to find. The property was great for a group of 6. It was perhaps the best stocked VRBO we have stayed in. It was clean and nicely furnished. Communication was great. If I was coming though the area, I would stay there again.
