La Mouette - NEW listing - sleeps 8 guests in 4 bedrooms

We had a great week in this lovely spacious and well-appointed property. Its best features include the three balconies / terraces that overlook the harbour below. We spent a lot of time watching the comings and goings of boats, people and seals below us. The fishing operation is 24/7 so there are always things going on. The terrace catches the morning sun and is a great place for breakfast when the weather is good.

Our stay in La Mouette was lovely. The house was well equipped and as always the views is absolutely breathtaking. The beds were comfy and the house was clean.

The house is absolutely lovely, although could do with a proper spring clean. The kitchen is full equipped with everything you need. No need to take anything at all. The beds are comfortable with nice pillows. Good TVs with all you need. Take your login details for the apps though. Location is great and the views amazing. Absolutely beautiful. There are 4 levels so not great for anyone with mobility issues and the kitchen is on the bottom floor with a great terrace to enjoy the views. You can then access another terrace down some steps from that terrace. A hot tub down there would be fantastic and would add the property no end. The other three floors have balconies. The hills are really really steep to get down to the harbour so be warned. My mobility scooter blew up and couldn't make it back up haha. Overall an absolutely wonderful property and with great customer service from the agents too. Cassie in particular was brilliant. A must book. :)

A very comfortable house with stunning views over the sea and harbour . An excellent place to watch the boats coming and going ! It was fully equipped with comfy beds and clean . We could walk into town - lots of steps to keep us fit ! Altogether an enjoyable stay with the family . Just one minor point - in cold weather the lower ground kitchen was a bit chilly but it was February !

The place had everything you could want … and the views made the place … no problems with car parking and the location

Beautiful home. Well equipped for the 4 adults and 2 children in our party ( some spare toilet rolls would have been helpful as 1 per toilet only ) Fantastic location ( walking into the harbour easier than walking back !) but the views from every floor make it worth it ! Great to have 2 generous parking spaces which is rare in Brixham . Added bonus of a lawned garden ( we didn’t use it as preferred to sit on one of the terraces or balconies to take in the breathtaking sea and harbour views …. But would be great if you take a pooch !) Hard to find views like this … even from the bathrooms ! Loved it

La Mouette is a lovely house. It had everything you needed,just like home from home, there was plenty of space in the house as well.The views from the house was fantastic and looking down onto Brixham harbour and also a short walk into the town from the house. We would definitely go back to La Mouette .

The house is in an excellent position, it provides everything that you could possibly need a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, towels etc. The only one point I would make is that as the back overlooks the amazing harbor view but it can be quite bright for sleeping would recommend putting some Blackout curtains in all the bedrooms but overall 100% recommend this property.
