Stayed Jul 19, 2025Lovely, clean apartment walkable to many beautiful historical sites and restaurants. The view of the Abbaye aux Dames (especially at night) from the upper bedroom is phenomenal, but beware of the dangerous staircase that leads directly into the room without a landing. A grocery store is just a few steps away. The street noise is loud at night, so be sure to bring some white noise. Will stay here again, if we ever make it back to Caen!My only issue was that I had to message the hosts the night before our arrival because I had not heard from them with check-in instructions. (Vrbo policy is that hosts should provide check-in info 72 hours before guest arrival.) Our hosts were responsive to questions during our stay though.

Stayed May 13, 2025Would have been a 5 but garden not usable no wardrobes in bedrooms & could benefit from mirrors & waste paper bins in bedroom.Door handle on bathroom needs replacing. Overall pleasent stay, would recommend

Stayed Feb 28, 2025This was a perfect selection for my husband and a colleague to attend a weekend class and for me to explore the old town including amazing seafood and the huge Sunday market.
