We just returned from our vacation and I can't say enough great things about this property. Our experience exceeded all expectations and did not disappoint.Pam was a great host to work with. Responsive, engaging and thoughtful. The attention to detail was evident from the second we walked in. The house was welcoming, inviting and well stocked. The location could not have been more perfect. The proximity to the beach was super convenient for toting stuff back and forth. We were in within walking distance of several local shops and restaurants. The patio was by far our favorite spot to sit and people watch and enjoy the sunset in the evenings. Thank you Pam and Matt for sharing your home with us.

We had the most amazing stay here! The home is very comfortable, well stocked, and the location is unreal. We sat outside looking at the ocean every morning and every evening. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance, and the beach is right across the street. The owner is incredibly kind and easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again!

This home is on point for an authentic La Jolla Shores experience. Located in an energetic spot where ocean view and people watching is front and center. Tough to beat it's all around ease of living like a local. All you have to do is park, enter the house and walk to everything you need in a village like setting. All that is necessary to feel like home are there. The updated interior is very well done and suited for a family. We will be back! Pam has been a gratuitous host and very attentive to the details.

It was an incredible location across the street from a park and the sand, beach the ocean. The property owner was outstanding. You couldn't ask for someone better.

Wow! We were blown away by this property it was amazing! Bigger than it looks in the pictures and they had everything we needed to go to the beach. The view and walk to the beach was so incredible. Super easy to access. We had a blast staying here. Pam was also super communicative and proactive with making sure we had everything we needed.

We have stayed at Lajolla Beach and Tennis for the last 30 years and coming back for a wedding and wanted something with a great view!We loved our stay and Pamela!

Enjoyable stay at this beachside oasis! Rented for our son’s Scripps Seaside Forum wedding. Started the morning with a surf sesh and brunch before the Groomsmen took the 5 minute stroll to the venue. Loved wrapping up the evenings sitting around the fire on front porch. Manager was helpful and accommodating. An absolute pleasure to work with!
