Stayed Feb 6, 2026Great location. We were within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. The home was clean and we loved the off street parking. The host for very attentive and texted each day to make sure we had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable too.

Stayed Aug 21, 2025Had an amazing stay! Check-in was very easy! The hosts checked on us throughout our stay, lots of restaurants within walking distance, ocean within walking distance. As they stated, no AC but they more than make up for it with fans throughout the house. Great ventilation with the windows open. Comfortably slept our family of 6. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jul 5, 2025Amazing locations. You are right in the middle of La Jolla and easy driving distance to anywhere you’d like to visit in San Diego. The back patio is super cute and gets a great breeze through it any time of day. The kitchen has the basics you would need for a good home cooked meal. We used it often and found what we needed.Overall the space was clean and easy to find anything we needed. They were generous with towels which is always appreciated. Given we went in July, it was hot. However, that’s not on the property. They are clear that there is no AC and provided plenty of standing fans. Trust me you will need them and have them set in every room all day long. To balance, just go sit in the back yard during the warm times to cool off in natures natural AC. Or, better yet, go sit by the beach a few blocks away. This is a wonderful space perfect for families or friend groups.

Stayed Jul 23, 2024This house felt like home. Was it 5 star and pristine? No, it’s a home!, and that is exactly why it felt comfortable to us, especially traveling with young kids. We appreciated having a bedroom for each of us. We also appreciated the fans in each room as it was warm during our stay. The beach is just a few minutes walk from the home. We did park on the driveway as street parking fills up quickly!

Stayed Jul 12, 2024Such a great house by the beach! Amenities were great, it was a 4 minute walk and the best house for staying cool in all the houses I’ve stayed at in San Diego. Stayed cool and well insulated and ventilated. Management was responsive when I had questions. I would definitely stay again!
