La Estancia: Chic Family Home with Heatable Pool, Near SeaWorld & Lackland AFB

I highly recommend this home. The host was/is unbelievably accommodating always willing to help us out. The host is very quick to respond to any questions and always willing to give ideas about the surrounding area. I recommend anyone who has an airman graduating from Air Force BMT to seriously look at renting this beautiful home. It really has everything you need for a very relaxing and enjoyable time with your airman. Close to the base and close to the airport. We were extremely happy with everything this home had to offer.

We had an amazing stay at this property while visiting for my son’s BMT graduation. The home was beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained, with so many thoughtful touches throughout. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it easy to relax after long days. The outdoor area was one of our favorite parts — the pool and hot tub created such a fun and inviting space to spend time together. The grill was great, and the entertainment options inside were awesome too. We especially loved the pool table, foosball table, and massage chair. Even the bathrooms had bidets, which was such a nice extra touch. The hosts truly thought of everything. They even provided seat cushions and umbrellas, which ended up being incredibly useful during the graduation events. Most importantly, my son was so happy to have a peaceful and comfortable retreat away from the demands of BMT.This home made our trip even more special, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Me and my family stayed here for Mother’s Day weekend.the property exceeded our expectations. The amenities that he has I will leave that to be a surprise for when you guys book… Mr. Dominguez was an excellent host. I highly recommend this listing.

Great experience! Stayed while attending graduation at Lackland. Family friendly! Lots of room to visit! Amenities were great! Beds were super comfy! Very clean! Host was excellent to communicate with. Would stay again!

The house and pool are beautiful. Very clean and welcomed amenities for guests. Quick response to issues. I would suggest allowing the water features and hot tub to be controlled by the guests rather than reaching out.

The home is beautiful has everything you might need. Also great location from the Air Force base which was why we were there if we ever come back this will be where will stay!!

We had a great stay

House was great, very clean and well appointed! Kids have now said they will clean their playroom so we can get a pool table! Lol!

House was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Location was close to everything we needed.

Beautiful home. We had a comfortable relaxing time. We stayed here for BMT graduation. It was nice to come back to a clean, roomy, comfortable house to hang out. Host was very helpful and responsive. Beautiful finishing touches in the house. Nice accommodations. Quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in San Antonio. Thanks so much for a great stay.

All was good. The house was clean and well appointed. The host communicated well with us.

The house is really nice and well updated. very spacious. the rooms were very nice also. the bunk rooms are nice for kids but adults will not fit.

Absolutely immaculate house! Beautiful in every way. The entire house was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly set up for entertainment in every area of the house for a large family! Could not be happier with our choice to book this house! And messaging the owner with any questions was always met with a polite and prompt response. 12/10 recommend!

It was well kept and felt like a five star hotel. The layout was perfect for my family and my parents that were traveling with us. We were in town for my son's graduation from BMT. It was really convenient and close enough to Lackland and restaurants alike.

We were visiting for an Airforce graduation and really loved the proximity to the base as well as shopping centers. The property was really clean! Communication with the property owner was easy. It was literally a home away from home. We enjoyed the pool, spa, pool table, and especially the massage chair. The property’s amenities were so well thought out and organized. If we’re ever in San Antonio again, we’d definitely stay there.

Everything was seamless. SA is a half way point between my son/family and us. The house was in great shape and the owners were responsive to any requests. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils/pots &pans/etc and we had a lot of fun cooking, swimming, puzzling and hanging out - on top of all the tourist things we did! We hope to be back soon!

Large, clean, updated home. Quiet, residential neighborhood. Beautiful pool. Great location, close to SeaWorld, grocery stores, highway. Easy drive to downtown. Host was very responsive. Home was supplied with everything you could need. Our stay was excellent.

We stayed 1 week with my wife, two kids, and in-laws. This property accommodated all our needs, and exceeded our expectations. Very clean the host was available when we needed him. Host is great!! Highly recommend staying here. It won’t disappoint you.

This property was WONDERFUL for our 5 day family getaway! Location is close to Sea World and pool/hot tub were heated and clean. The house and beds were both very clean and comfortable! The owner is very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend staying here to everyone visiting San Antonio.

The house was extremely clean. Someone in my party was immunocompromised and we accidentally spilled water on the floor and when we cleaned it up the towel came up white the floors were so clean. The ac went out one day(no big deal since the weather was nice) and the host was extremely prompt in answering and getting it fixed. 1000% would stay here again, even if my group isn’t as big.

This was one of the cleanest VRBO rentals we have stayed at thus far. Bathrooms were very clean and bedding looked fresh and clean. Even the washers were spotless and had no odor - a first. The kitchen was organized and well stocked with essentials. Arturo was very responsive to our requests to heat the hot tub and pool and very nice when we accidentally locked the front door handle on our way out and I had to call him to get in the house. He answered the phone on my first call. Much appreciated after a long day. The property is as described in the listing. Walmart and grocery stores are close by. I highly recommend it. We had 4 adults and 2 kids (11 and 13) staying this trip.

House is wonderful!

We stayed in this property for my son's Air Force graduation. As a previous reviewer mentioned it was in a great neighborhood and the location was perfect to get to Lackland Air Foce Base and local attractions. In additon it was also close to the San Antonio airport. It was very clean and while we didn't need anything during our stay the owner kept in touch to be sure we were completely satisfied.

The home was very clean and very beautiful, we had no issues checking in and checking out was easy and simple❤️
