Stayed Dec 12, 2025The house was in a perfect location close to my family. I love that the house has 4 bathrooms! The house was clean and has wifi and a TV with Netflix in each room. The kitchen was fully equipped with basic essentials also. I will definitely be back!

Stayed Sep 11, 2025Positive: Host was really great. He was very good with communication. We had some problems at check-in. Fortunately, his family lives four houses down and they were able to help us with check-in. It is clean facility.Negatives: Did not realize how far it was from Guadalajara Centro. It is closer to Tlaquepaque. My bad in not checking it out. There are no good places to eat nearby - not even a decent place to get a cup of coffee. Will do better next time.

Stayed Aug 28, 2025I was on the fence about this place days prior to using it. Communication with the host made me comfortable. Total of 5 family members. Everyone was comfortable. A/c system was a big plus along with hot water for the shower. All cooking utensils were there. We rented a small van that fitted 7 people and it fit perfectly in the secured parking space. Not once did we have to contact the host. The place is a little tricky to find. Will be using this rental again. Highly recommended getting a rental car and being aggressive driver is a must. Here's a couple pics i would like to share. Along with some food spots. Breakfast is at La Guera is a must, best menudo in the world.

Stayed May 17, 2024Eduardo needed to change for our dates so we stayed at his property in Tlaquepaque. Can't say anything about the property with that in mind but Eduardo was great with communication. His brother Mario greeted us and showed us everything. The property we stayed at was very clean and in a gated community. I would definitely stay at one of Eduardo's properties again.
