Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a month in this rental property during July and loved it. The location can't be beat; Duval street was less than 2 blocks away. Our neighbors on the street were very kind to us including the roosters! Key West is a very special place to us and this is mostly because of the people who live and work on this island. This rental location enabled us to hop on our bikes and go anywhere. The backyard was a little piece of heaven which I appreciated daily. The waterfall sound in the pool, iguanas roaming in the trees above, palm trees swaying in the island breeze created a private, tropical paradise. Being able to text with the property manager was extremely convenient and hassle free. The maintenance crew was incredibly kind and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the mid stay cleaning was a fantastic service. For one week, both our daughters joined us. I will say the furniture in the living room could be more optimal with a small 'L' shape sectional. There was one small couch and a small chair. It made a movie night difficult when there was 4 of us. Other than that, I have zero complaints! It was lovely, and we will definitely return.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: La Casita en Cima is a very clean, cute place to stay. We loved the location, the cuteness and the cleanliness of it. On the down side, for us, the furniture wasn't comfortable (think straight back chairs outside and an uncomfortable big chair in the living room.) But others might find it just fine. We did find the beds very comfortable. We also found it a little weird having to go outside to get to the master bedroom if a guest was in the guest bedroom (though we knew this when we booked thanks to the floor plan included in the overview). The owner came out quickly to fix a pool heater that had gone out. The house is well maintained. Overall, a very nice stay.

Full suite of cable channels, kitchen has all utensils and dish/pot ware needed. Very clean and inviting. Loved doing laundry in the lanai while swimming in the pool (which we went in EVERY day, very privarpte). Owner John and Concierge Phil were wonderful to work with. This was our second year and most likely will return again next year!

The house is beautiful, spacious for a couple with ,room enough to entertain another couple. Everything you needed was there, The pool was truly an added bonus that we hadn't even factored in when selecting this property. We spent so much time in it that we can never stay in another place w/o one. The Agency and Owner were most responsive to the minor requests we had during our stay. The location is so centrally located - in a special neighborhood - that for the first time ever, we decided to not get a rental car. Walked everywhere and loved it. Fave restaurants: Cafe Marquesa, Sarabeths, Off the Hook and Bliss!! Go on the Hindu for either a morning or evening sail - you will not be disappointed! We have already booked again for 2017. Top rating is well deserved?
