Stayed Jul 31, 2025Overall, we would stay here again. However, there are some suggested improvements for future guests.Ceiling fans in front bedrooms. It was extremely hot during the night especially with no air circulation. We also realized that the thermostat was being manipulated via wifi as we have the same thermostat. Note that my husband has a heart condition, and cannot sleep hot. If you are going to ask guests to throw toilet paper away, you should probably include a larger trash can in the bathroom.We also had to buy our own trash bags, which was something we had never done before at a VRBO.While we understand this is your house, the camera placement is truly an invasion of privacy. This made us feel slightly uncomfortable, and have never experienced this at our past VRBOs.Again, we appreciate you letting us stay here, but there is room for improvement for the next guests.Thank you again,Jerry Rhodes

Stayed Nov 4, 2024This cute small home was conveniently located close to downtown Seguin providing easy access to cute shops and good restaurants. The landlord was very responsive to any questions. The home was well set with the household basics, and a full size washer/dryer was great. This home was a nice base to check out the city and surrounding area.
