The Neighborhood:

La Casa Bella is in an ideal location for getting out on the town! World-class golfing, tennis, restaurants, and spas surround the house, including the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, home of the BNP Paribas Open.



If you are interested in getting out into nature, there are some phenomenal walking trails nearby the house. Recommended nearby trails are Bear Creek Oasis Trail, Fred Wolf Bear Creek Nature Preserve, and La Quinta Cove Oasis Trails.



Getting Around:

You will conveniently find every big box store nearby as well as some great local shops! Stock up on supplies at Costco, Trader Joe’s, Target, and Walmart, all within two and a half miles of the house.



Getting to La Quinta

From Palm Springs: It is a quick 30 minute drive from Palm Springs, with bus options if needed.



From Los Angeles: It is a two hour drive from Los Angeles, taking you right through Palm Springs on your way.



From San Diego: It is about two and a half hours from San Diego, and an absolutely stunning drive through the mountains on highway 79.
