- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140 x 190) and a single bed (90 x 190).

For even greater comfort, the owners provide a barbecue, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A beautiful garden (shared with the owners) of 9,000 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The grounds are partly fenced and you will find chickens, goats and sheep.

The house is ideally located in Laigné-Saint-Gervais, in a quiet, pleasant setting. Just 3 minutes by car from the town centre, where you'll find all the essential shops (newsagent, baker, supermarket, chemist, restaurants, launderette, tobacconist, etc.).
