The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this house in Ventron, with views of the valley and mountains, covering an area of 120 m² and accommodating up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 28 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of around 500 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included. We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:<br>- A 28 m² living room with fireplace (wood not provided), double sofa bed and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: two bunk beds (for children only)
- A bathroom (with walk-in shower and toilet)
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed (160x200) and one single bed

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful 500 m² south/south-west facing garden
- A 35 m² south/south-west facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The house is ideally located in Ventron, in the heart of the Hautes-Vosges, in a green, peaceful and cosy setting. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities:
- Discover Lac des Corbeaux, Lac de Kruth and Lac de Gérardmer
- Visit Colmar and its surroundings, approximately 70 km away
- Winter sports at the “Ermitage Frère Joseph” ski resort, less than 5 km away
- Walks and hikes on trails marked by the Club Vosgien
- Vosges Textile Museum

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private outdoor car park.

For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Remiremont, about 30 km away
- Nearest airport: EuroAirport Basel–Mulhouse–Freiburg, about 80 km away

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation except for assistance dogs.
- The driveway leading to the house is very steep: wheelchair users will need assistance to get up and down it.
- One bedroom is available on the ground floor exclusively for people with disabilities, equipped with: a medical double bed, anti-bedsore and alternating air mattress, safety rail, bed rail, ceiling-mounted patient lift with harness, fixed and wheeled shower chair, open bathroom with walk-in shower and direct access to the adapted bedroom, surgical vacuum cleaner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We kindly ask you to leave it in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the receptionist. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
