The location is unbeatable! House was clean and has a lot of space

Beautiful house in a quiet gated community, 60 second walk to the beach, and convenient to everything in the Santa Rosa Beach area. We will be back!

House was a great location, but it was a lot more dated than we expected or the photos showed. It also wasn’t super clean and we ended up having to go out and buy cleaners and a broom.

Very close to the private beach access. Having chairs and umbrellas setup everyday for you was a bonus.

We had an issue with the hot tub and it was quickly addressed by the property manager. He maintained continued communications with us as we worked through the issue. Location is prime and this was our second stay in this home we love the privacy most of all.

This property is so easy to get to beach, dining and shopping. The hot tub and pool were great for the little kids. The plug outlets in the bedrooms need to be replace as they won’t hold plugs in them so you have to use extension cords to plug in phones etc. the property managers were great in Responding to any issues we had. The little kids absolutely loved this place.

We had great time at Rainbow Fish. Property was as listed. Very convenient to restaurants etc. The beach was very close. Highly recommend. The pool was great to have.

Overall very nice and comfortable accommodations. Beds are very nice and comfortable. Living room sofa needs replacement or cleaning due to being dirty & stained. We had to put a sheet over it to sit comfortably. When stripping the bed linens at completion of our stay we discovered that the bed pillows are stained and need to be replaced. Hot tub is in disrepair and needs attention. Suddenly caught off guard by pool maintenance people suddenly appearing in the back yard unannounced. No knock, no verbal hello...just walked in gate. Very nice and inviting fenced back yard. Very nice, quiet gated subdivision. Beach access very easy and close. Beach chairs on the private beach are a definite plus. Would stay again.

The house was dirty. The add on room does not have an air vent and got so hot and the windows dont seal so you hear everything - also broken blinds so no darkness in the morning. The hot tub (why?) takes up the ENTIRE area you could lay out by the pool. The only option is in the unkept pinestraw and mulch to put the pool chairs on (a couple of which are broken) . Hot tub is falling apart on the side - foam inner coming out. Fence fell down when we were there leaving our dogs a huge escape. Pool deck is so nasty needs pressure washing for years. Smoke alarms beeped and had to be taken down (one was hanging from the ceiling when we arrived already someone had to do that). Disposal constantly backing up even with just water. We went 4 years ago before this house sold, it was so different. Huge disappointment and we all thought this house was generally kind of nasty and falling apart.

We loved so many things about the vacation! The beach is absolutely beautiful and the location of the home is perfect. Just steps away from the beach. We also enjoyed the pool. I highly recommend this home for comfort and convenience. The management company was excellent and answered questions quickly. Highly recommend!

We loved so many things about this house…pool, hot tub, space for two teens and 10 year old and two adults. Our favorite thing was easy access to beach and chairs/umbrellas set up daily on the beach. Made it so easy to pop down to the beach at any time without having to lug everything. Would easily stay again!

Visiting our family who lives in Santa Rosa beach. It was gorgeous location and development Everyone we met were extremely nice and very friendly. We felt like we were in our own home and u can’t ask for anything more than that when vacationing. We were so comfortable. We would definitely come back again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation And oh yes the beach is close and so gorgeous.

Great location. Needs some TLC. Some of the pillows in the main bedroom need to replaced.

Love the location. Due to snow I know preparation of yard area was difficult. We got there a day late due to weather. Table and chairs in the back yard were stacked up

Although we had some issues, this was overall a nice beach house close to the beach, centrally located and walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping. When we first arrived, there were bugs in the master bathroom. We also saw roaches in the kitchen our last morning. The hot tub was not heated. I did see there was an extra charge to heat the pool, but never thought if a hot tub was advertised, we would need to pay extra to heat it. We have a cabin rental, and wouldn't think to charge our guests to heat our hot tub. There were beach chairs also on website at home, but none at the home. We didn't bring ours from home for this reason, and needed to buy beach chairs for a music festival we were there to attend. Just some things consider for the property adverti.tonconsiwashoredhawkwo

Great location, walking distance to all amenities and located right across from private beach access. We loved the complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas. The pool and hot tub at the house were great, the kids loved it. The grill and outdoor space were good for a few cookouts and family dinner time. The sleeping areas in the house were great, and perfect for a family of 5. The downstairs floors are in need of a refresh, so they felt a bit unclean on bare feet. The air vents could also use a good cleaning as they were visibly dirty. Overall, it was a great house and with a couple minor fixes this would be a go to house in a perfect neighborhood for our family.

This was the best beach house we have stayed in at Santa Rosa. Highly recommend!

We recently stayed at Bella Vita and wanted to share our experience. The location is excellent, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities. The house was as advertised, which we appreciated. However, the property does need some attention. The flooring could definitely use replacement, and the appliances are showing their age. Upon arrival, we found the backyard in disarray due to a recent storm, with leaves and branches in the pool that weren't cleaned prior to our check-in. This was a bit disappointing, as it affected our ability to enjoy the outdoor space. Inside, we noticed some moisture issues in the upstairs bathroom, with mildew forming around the door seal. Additionally, the flowerbeds and landscaping need a lot of TLC, which detracted from the overall appeal. On a positive note, the spacious layout and comfortable furnishings made our stay enjoyable. The hot tub was a nice touch, although the side panel is coming off and could use some maintenance. Overall, while the property has potential and we enjoyed our stay, we hope the owners can invest some time and resources to address these issues for future guests.

Great location. Very close to beach. House is well appointed, but needs some refreshing. Pool area needs weed-eating and tidying up. Front entrance needs some weed-eating as well.
