We offer this 80 m2 town house for rent on the first and second floors, with a living room opening onto a balcony with sea views, 3 bedrooms and a capacity of up to 7 people. You'll be ideally located in Saint-Nazaire's golden triangle, a stone's throw from the town centre, shops, restaurants, market and Jardin des Plantes, and just 50 m from the seafront and beach (visible from the living room and balcony).

Recently renovated, the house is well-appointed, comfortable and bright, withwest-facing windows and south-facing French windows opening onto a balcony through which you can see the sea and the beach. Bed linen and towels are included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A garage with shared access with the tenants of the flat below, with a washing machine and tumble dryer,
where you can store bicycles, beach equipment, etc.

1st floor:
- A 28 m² living room with TV (via fibre-optic box), sofa, dining area and access to a south-facing balcony with sea views.
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) and wardrobe
- A shower room with shower and WC

2nd floor:
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190), single bed and wardrobe
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190)
- Shower room with WC

Outside:
- A 5 m² south-facing balcony with sea views and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Nazaire, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

Activities :
- Petit Traict beach (visible from the balcony) and seafront approximately 50 m away.
- Visits and walks: jardin des plantes, 26-hectare landscaped park and sports park, fisheries,
large seaport, the Atlantic shipyards, Airbus Atlantic, the submarine base, discovery cruises
(day and evening in July and August)
- Sports activities: playground on the beach, football, volleyball, tennis, Léo
Lagrange stadium, Aquaparc (swimming pool with several pools including a wave pool, whirlpools and play areas), skatepark
skatepark, escape game and sports hall at Ruban bleu (a recently renovated and redeveloped shopping centre
1 kilometre from the accommodation).
- Les Escales’ festival, usually in July.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park for free in the avenue de Santander (but it is forbidden to park along the gable of the house as a sign indicates) and in the surrounding ones.

As far as other modes of transport are concerned, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Maudes’ bus stop (several lines) 450 m away
- Nearest train station: Saint-Nazaire, 2.7 km away (about 7 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Saint-Nazaire 10 km (about 20 minutes by car); Nantes-Atlantique 67 km (about 1 hour by car)

- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
- Possibility of renting the 2-room flat below at the same time (La Maritime, which you can also find on this site).

    La Balnéaire Nice stay We enjoyed our time at this property. The location near the beach was perfect. The appliances are in great shape including the washer and dryer in the garage. The first floor shower is tight and would be difficult to enter for a larger person due to the way the doors open. The second floor shower is great with a curtain. There were neighbors downstairs who woke us at 2am the night we arrived. There needs to be a window covering as the main entry door to the apartment is viewable to the neighbors if the choose to walk upstairs. The balcony is fair, but when seated, we were unable to see the ocean.
