Kyle Field Casita-Less than 1 mile to TAMU!

Would recommend

Our stay was wonderful. We were in town for Aggie baseball and the Savannah Bananas game. We stayed with 4 adults and 6 kids, and we all had a comfortable bed. We were able to walk (about 35 minutes) to Aggie Park/Kyle Field and back to avoid parking. We found everything we needed in the house. The internet wasn't working when we arrived, but we reset the router and it fixed the issue. I would definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located to baseball park, the warehouse and Northgate. Place was clean! And plenty of space. House at the end of a cul de sac plenty of parking space

The property was as exactly as described. It was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hosts were easy to communicate with while we booked the vrbo and during our stay. I would be happy to stay here again.

The place was great and gracious to allow us to host a small get-together at the house which unfortunately we were not able to host due to illness. At any rate, the property is bedroom-heavy meaning most of the space of the house is bedroom/bathrooms. the common area is broken into 2 separate spaces which makes being together while prepping meals was a bit difficult. The property overall was good but there were areas in the home that required some attention which kept me from giving it 5-stars. This included doors sticking, some grout needing some attention, shower curtains that attacked you while showering (just didn't have magnets to stay out of your way), and the noise of the construction equipment which I get the owners cannot control. Would definitely stay there again, just know that the VRBO community is growing and as the prices rise for these, the competition grows.

My family stayed here to attend a family wedding. It was centrally located, clean and had a great layout for multiple couples and kids. Check in and out were easy.

The location close to the campus and restaurants is great! Was clean, but could use a spring cleaning to get cob webs, etc. and the grass/weeds were very tall. Ran out of toilet paper so I contacted owner and they replied right away telling us where to find more. But then I texted the next day saying there was no more and the microwave was not working and never heard back. It really did not effect our trip as we shared TP between bathrooms and warmed things up on the stove. Also, the room with 2 bunks only had 1 bunk and 1 twin, but luckily we only needed 3 beds in that room. Just a few easy tweaks would make this a 5 star for me.

Great stay! It was slightly dirty, probably hasn’t been used recently. Difficulties getting the tv going but no other issues. Great space for family of 5.

We really enjoyed staying here. Very clean and exactly as described.

House was perfect for our TAMU graduation family gathering. Plenty of sleeping spaces, lots of TV’s, and great outside gathering space.
