This is a nice little cottage across the street from the beach. There is not really much of an ocean view except on the porch, but you can easily access the beach. The house has the basic amenities, and the fenced back yard is nice.You are a bit out of the main town, in a small neighborhood. This is directly behind the airport, so you do hear planes, but it wasn’t very frequent.

Location is literally steps away from one of the nicest beaches. Only short drive into town, shopping, dining, and ice cream! Great location to visit Comox or Courtney. Property was exactly as listed, with many comforts provided (beach towels, toys, fans, fully stocked kitchen). Just note, location is not walkable to any amenities, so a vehicle is a must.

Character cabin on best beach in Comox. Spacious 2 bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Spa like bathroom with lots of hooks. Steps from beach access. Big beach towels, beach mats, beach chairs and toys. Everything you need for a beach vacation.Communication with hosts was fantastic. Would definitely recommend staying here!

What a charming spot! We seemed to have arrived in Comox on the first day of summer and it was delightful the entire time. Our host was very helpful and the cottage had everything we needed to enjoy this peaceful, beach community.

I found the Hideaway to be a relaxing and quiet place to spend a few days. It had everything we needed, and it didn’t feel impersonal like many rentals do. The cottage delighted me with its rustic and well thought out interiors. It’s just the kind of place I enjoy the most.

We had a great trip to stay in Comox. The home is clean, beautiful and unique. The location was quiet and wonderful for our dog who enjoys the beach.

We loved our time at Kye Beach, this cottage was exactly what we needed to have a great family time. Bedrooms were great, we loved the skylight bathroom and the kitchen and living area allowed us to eat and cook together as a family. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again for sure!

This is the second time we have stayed here. It’s a lovely cottage. It’s a clean, well-appointed spot within steps of the beach. You can see a bit of the ocean from the porch, too! Chris is quick to reply and a wonderful host. We hope to come back again.

A nice place to walk the shore at low tide. Great back yard. I loved the bathtub.
