Ann Arbor Guest House is located in the heart of Ann Arbor's Historic Kerrytown District. This exclusive and private residence is on the second floor of a approximately 170 year old home surrounded by antique perennials. We are across from Kerrytown Shops and Market and the famed Kerrytown Farmer's Market (open Wednesdays & Saturdays in season). The area is vibrant with life and activity. With the Kerrytown Concert House next door, classical and jazz music often escapes their confines and fills the Guest House! We renovated this Guesthouse in February 2018 after being open since 2003. At that time we upgraded new paint, new carpet, new bed, new draperies and window coverings, new kitchen appliances and more! The charm of this house keeps regulars, such as parents of kids at U of M or those coming for football weekends coming back. It becomes their home away from home. We have housed many professors for short and extended stays or couples come to escape their work-a-day world in search of a little peace and quiet from the kids and a night on the town. We lovingly call this our Love Nest!
