Koch Ranch - Hester House

The host (David) was very responsive. The property was perfect for our family. House is rustic but adequate for a large family. We will be back.

Vintage farm house. Nice and quiet.

David was absolutely awesome and was very quick to help with any questions I had, made extending the stay so easy with no issues the home is beautiful. His hospitality is amazing, definitely do recommend this home!!!!!

What a wonderful and peaceful venue. We had our Family Xmas here and just enjoyed the peace and quiet and nostalgic setting. David was super responsive and easy to work with. Directions were clear and everything was exactly as described. We are making plans to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There is so much history in the home. The front porch was amazing with the rocking chairs. The beds were so comfortable. The living space is large and we had plenty of room to spread out. One of our favorite spots was the fire pit. We saw deer and the longhorns were gorgeous. We also had a great time in Columbus and can highly recommend the food and shopping there. Great vacation retreat. Host was exceptional also

Great spot, lots of ways to kick back and relax. Outside the city but close enough to Columbus for anything you might need. Lots of history. Definitely recommend!

Booked this house for a weekend of waterfowl hunting with my parents and friends. We could have got a motel/hotel in Columbus but I am so glad we didn’t! The home has an amazing history and the story of the home and family is told throughout the home. Communication with the owner was very easy and they responded quickly. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back next year to do it all again.

Hester house was a great property. David and Jacque were great hosts and property listing was accurate and as expected.
