Central Tx House and/or Cabin on 3 acres in the Countryside

Everything we needed was provided. Ample refrigerator space, dish and cooking ware, and kitchen appliances. Clean and comfortable. We ate all our meals outsode in covered patio, listening to the birds and looking for wildlife. We would have enjoyed the firepit with a fire had it been a bit cooler outside, but the outdoor seating is oerfect for small or large group.

Such a spacious home! So many beds and bathrooms. 2 fridges! Double washers/dryers! Amazing outdoor seating area! The bonus cabin in the back is such a great choice. I have stayed in several VRBOs and this is the best stocked kitchen EVER. Great communication.

The place was perfect and the owners were very helpful and quick to respond to messages

We had a great visit to get away from the big city and the kids even caught their first fish!

Traveled to this property with a few couples for a weekend getaway and we were SO happy with the stay. The kitchen was well-appointed for cooking our group meals, and the patio area was a joy to spend time on during a warm summer night with the fire pit roaring. It was amazing how many more stars you could see here vs. in Houston! Can't wait to come back.

We stayed in this lovely house with our kids and grandkids over a long weekend - the home was even better that the pictures. The communication with the host was top notch and the check-in and check-out instructions were easy to follow. The backyard, patio and firepit were perfect for late night conversations, star gazing and family bonding.

5 stars for the location as it is inside of 10 minutes to the Big Easy Ranch. It is a spacious house that could probably sleep 12 with fantastic shower water pressure. The property owner was a delight to communicate with. I rated it 5 stars because it met all of my requirements and will more than likely request to stay there again.

The property was fabulous; the perfect setting for our Easter egg hunt, bday celebrations, and quality social time. The entire area is fenced, we felt safe to spread out for corn hole play, badminton and sitting around fire pit. The Host responded to our questions and requests quickly and respectfully. Girls trip to shop at Round Top and we had the best time! We didn’t leave the covered porch except to prepare food, prepare drinks, sleep, and shop! The house is large and plenty of sleeping space with comfy beds. Great shower in the master bath. Only con was loads of bugs (specifically June bugs) which we didn’t expect but being on a ranch I guess it shouldn’t have been surprising. We will definitely be back to this great house when we have our next shopping adventure!

We stayed in this property to be close to Columbus for my daughter's wedding! House was spacious, plenty of room to stretch out and cook meals if needed. Kitchen was well stocked and there were 2 fridges in the main home which was great to store food in for the wedding. The back patio was quite large and had plenty of seating for a get together. We also rented the cabin behind the home which was really cute! We enjoyed the entire place even though we were very busy with the event we were in town for. I would stay here again for sure!

This is a very spacious, beautiful home in the country. It was perfect for our family get together. The host was quick to respond to our question. We hope to stay again in the future.

Wonderful place and we do it again

A family reunion where some spent the night and others came for the day. A big luncheon and this is something we have done for several years. Always great time and a great atmosphere.

Great house and location for our annual Round Top trip. There were 7 of us, the house was spacious and we were able to hang out comfortably. We did not cook, but the kitchen was great for our needs. Just remember to bring everything you will need for your stay. They have a regular coffee maker and a Pod coffee maker, perfect for our needs. Bring your own hand soap, shampoo and conditioner along with dishwasher detergent. If you need to do laundry, bring that too. They have so many amenities to help with your stay and are super nice. They really thought of everything while sitting up the house, you will absolutely love it!!

Absolutely beautiful home in a perfect location. Everything was perfect. Loved being able to enjoy the quiet evenings by the firepit and actually be able to see the stars! Great location for Round Top antiques shopping. Would not hesitate to rent again.
