Stayed Nov 26, 2025There was no lead up communication from the host. I had to contact the host the day of to get check-in instructions. I received check-in information only after I cited VRBO policy. The home itself was fine. It needs quite a bit of TLC to reach five star level. But if the host chooses not to communicate simple details such as check-in information, it will not reach 5 star levels.
