Stayed Nov 22, 2025Our stay at Knotty and Nice was very enjoyable. The house was clean and well appointed. Loved the two family room options with fireplaces in both areas! Very cozy! We had everything we needed! The location was convenient as well. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed Jul 25, 2021Perfect house for our family. Location is a short drive to Cashiers and the Highlands. The porches are perfect for relaxing and the views were awesome. Clean house with comfortable beds. I definitely recommend this house and will rent again.

Stayed Mar 26, 2021Our family had a great long weekend at Knotty and Nice. The house is in a neighborhood but is very private with easy drives to hiking at Whiteside Mountain and waterfalls throughout the area. The house had everything we needed with a deck and living area on the bottom floor that our 3 teenage children loved. The main floor deck with the outdoor fireplace was tremendous for cool evenings. We would love to come back on our next trip to the area.

Stayed Feb 14, 2020We had a great stay at Notty and Nice. Very quiet neighborhood. House bigger than pictures make it look. Needs a hot tub on the deck and would be perfect! Well equipped, clean and cozy. Comfortable beds too. Would stay here again for sure.

Stayed Jul 12, 2018The home is deceptively roomy and well appointed; we had 8 adults and were very comfortable. Back deck has a fireplace. Nice neighborhood close to amenities, hiking & shopping. We plan to return.
