This 2-bedroom +loft/ 2 bathroom tri-level condo is located just blocks from downtown Ketchum. The condo offers 1312 square feet of living space and will sleep up to 6 guests. On the first level, you will find the primary bedroom. This room has a king bed and an ensuite full-size bathroom. On the middle level is the living area with a 60-inch flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, and ceiling fan. This room features high ceilings,allowing for ample natural light and stunning mountain views. The open kitchen and dining area are also located on this level. The dining table seats 6 with 2 bar stools at the kitchen countertop. There is access to a small deck off the dining area which offers mountain views, a small table with two chairs, and an umbrella. There is a stack washer/dryer in a closet just off the kitchen. The condo has two large portable air conditioning units, one in the dining room and one in the upstairs bedroom.

On the third level is the loft area and the second bedroom. The bedroom has a Queen bed, a 31-inch tv, mountain views, a walk-in closet, and a full-size hall bath. The loft offers a Queen bed and has access to the hall bath, up a few stairs.

One dog is welcome, with an additional pet fee of $140.

This condo has a one-car garage for a compact car. If your car does not fit in the garage or if you have more than one car, there is a paid parking lot or street parking (summer only) about a block away.

Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific.     Great location near town with view of the mountain. Lots of windows and natural light. Fully equipped kitchen and quick walk to grocery store. Excellent home base for a Sun Valley vacation.

    Good location, kitchen is fully equipped although we didn’t really use it. Bathrooms are functional but could be updated. Primary bedroom suite bed is super comfortable. House was very clean. AC unit had not been installed so we called and maintenance came quickly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed in this condo for two weeks and found it quite comfortable. The towels and linens were clean and in good condition. The kitchen is well stocked and has an efficient washer and dryer. You can tell the owner has created a nice balance of good quality items for a rental property.It has great light with so many windows and it is on a very quiet and in-town but walkable to the shops location. I had a small car – RAV4 - which fit in the garage but, as mentioned in the listing, a bigger car could make parking more challenging.I would definitely stay again. Alpine Lodging was very easy to book with.They should note that the front door is in serious need of weatherstripping. The amount of cold air whooshing into the house makes it very difficult to moderate the heat and is wasteful.

It is a good spot near everything downtown and allows us to host if needed as well. The washer was apparently recently broken when we were there, but stuff happens. Overall, we were very satisfied and plan to continue to book this property as available when we are in Ketchum.
